I cried really bad when that one dude transmutated his daughter and dog in Full Metal Alchemist. That just really freaked me out for some reason. Oh, and the Bleach movie, I can't remember what it was called, but I know the girl's name was Sena... That movie had me in tears too. Sad stuff, mannn. D:

The ending of Chibi Vampire the manga when they erased Karin's memory. crying
In Death note when L died. crying
The Ending of the first Bleach Movie and some parts of Elfen Lied

the end of Code Geass....when Lelouch dies and Arther (the cat) is at Leluochs friends grave cuz he "died" and its just so sad and his lil sister is crying! i cried for like 10 minutes

Elfen Lied.
I couldn't stop crying at the scene with Mariko and Kurama. Just the look on her face when Kurama pulled out that gun on her was heart breaking.

I just read the endings for both Special A and Absolute Boyfriend, and both made me cry.
Also, it's not manga or anime, but I cried a lot during the emotional parts of Mahou Sentai Magiranger (Japanese version of Power Rangers Mystic Force). That show had soooo much emotional appeal. ;_; After watching the super sentai I can't believe how badly the American version butchered it.

At the end of the first Princess Ai trilogy manga I bawled my eyes out, and I just finished the anime H2O, foot prints in the sand. That ending made me cry so much and then it got confusing.
