Kimishibai I watched all 51 episodes of Soul Eater this weekend. And it was good. PS: I stalk this forum a lot but never have much to say emo While I do enjoy Soul Eater, I think the ending could have been planned so much better. However, it was enjoyable, and Maka still kicked arse. Silly Blackstar razz

I loved the show as a whole, but the ending was somewhat unsatisfying. I mean, I liked the ending, but it just seemed a bit lackluster compared to how dramatic and powerful and downright creepy the first season ending was. It seemed like they could've done a lot more.
But Papa Shinigami was all kinds of hardcore awesome. whee heart

While I agree that Season 1's ending was much better, I will say I liked the ending... I just kind of wish they... tied it up a little more... Like, epilogue it or something. I read some of the manga, and I will say that the anime is waaaaaay better.
I think I really liked the concept of the anti-demon waves not working. it was nifty.
PS: Excalibur should die for all eternity. Even though he was kind of cool in the end.

You know, I have been listening to Japanese musical artist re due some English songs, and I have to say the most decent ones would have to be the Nirvana covers.

Skizzors hilaroma Skizzors Zelyhon hilaroma Hey, AG! Long time no see. I hate to drop in so randomly but I'm in a bit of a pickle. I'm going to NYC in a week and I still have no idea what/where I should visit. I know a few of you guys have visited (or lived) there before, and I was wondering if you had any suggestions for places to go. In particular, I'm looking for recommendations for good museums, places to eat, and anything you find notable. Let me know, k? I really need the help at the moment. Well, all of the big sites in NYC are on your list, I'm sure. So mentioning the Statue of Liberty or the Empire State Building really doesn't help. The Met is a great place to spend a whole day, if you've got the time, and I quite enjoyed the Natural History museum as well. While it's not a place to visit, I would suggest getting passes to one of the bus tours around the city, then constantly use it for the two days or so they're good for. You can hop on or off if you see something interesting, and they give a good overview of the city to find new things to check out that you hadn't thought of before. When I went there, I found it to be well worth it. I'd just try some random places to eat. There's so much variety, I don't really have any suggestions other than "find somewhere that looks appealing, then give it a shot." AHEM. stare Skizz!! I know you've been to the city a bunch of times. What do you think about cool things to see? I think: -THE STATUE OF LIBERTY IS IN NEW JERSEY. stare -Mostly I futz around in Central Park a lot, so uhh. (Usually go in by the Columbus Circle entrance.) -re: museums, I've only actually been to the Met, but it's fun! -...I keep thinking of this but I think I last went when I was like 8. -Restaurants ARE sort of a "run around, look at outside menus, pick one" deal. -Look up the location of TKTS because I don't remember where it is, but if you've got a day where you want to see a play, they sell leftover tickets for around half the normal price--no guarantee the one you want will be available, though. I know it's technically in NJ, but it's close enough! xd The wondertechlab thing, while incredibly cool, sounds like something I've been to in San Francisco. Thanks especially for the tip on TKTS. I've got the locations now. Hopefully we can get tickets for West Side Story! Sorry for the very un-thorough reply, but I've been quite busy. Also thanks to everyone for the tips. I'm really looking forward to the trip now. <3 Hope you're all doing well and I'll definitely check in when I get back!

What we don't see that has been cropped out of that photo is the sheer and absolute destruction the Gator left behind enroute to the photo.
