Zelyhon Well, grades came out today, and I'm slightly confused. I haven't actually seen the tests and the notes and whatnot, but here's the basic rundown. Three B's, one B- (which was in one of the two classes I felt most confident in, Legal Process, where my second-to-last, and most point-heavy paper wasn't great, but the professor liked the drafts of my later one, so I expected higher than B-), and two As (which also confuses me. One of them was in Agency, which I pretty much knew I aced, but the other was in Property, which I did worst on the midterm for, and the professor is a notoriously hard grader, and I thought I'd done average on, at best). Considering my midterm grades, I'm more than happy to take these. Still wish most of them had been just a little higher, but don't look a gift horse (that you worked your a** off to get) in the mouth. So huzzah! I'll have more info tomorrow after going to and from Sacramento to get the actual tests. I've been busy in SF lately, and I think you, of all people, will appreciate this post and the comedically bad attempt at legal interpretation it answers. I've been pretty busy in other threads too, but I consider this one a bit of a tribute to your education. Prepare to make a lot of money off of morons like that. Congrats on the grades, Zelly.

Congrats on the grades, Zely! Not much is awesomer than some surprisingly nice marks!
I totally broke free of my little rut of depression and misery overnight. I feel so fantastic whee
Though my ipod decided to delete everything except my Phoenix Wright playlist. :< I listened to it for eight hours today at work.
I want to be a video game lawyer when I grow up! With all the swelling music and excitement! 8D
Btw guys, there's a join request from someone called Frostess? I wasn't sure if anyone knew them so I left it alone... just wanted to give the heads up.

I'd have also challenged him to point out the legal definition of fraud and what elements are needed to prove it, since there's no possible way he'd know any of that and watching him try would make me laugh. How go Otakon plans?/WHO NEEDS MY NUMBER?
I have like.. endless people to meet up with there, but I WILL FIND YOU ALL. scream
Also I'm going to have to backlog all this s**t I missed. For sure and definitely.

Farrah Fawcett died today, too. sad I was shocked when I heard the news, mostly because it was completely unexpected. Hell, it totally interrupted our staff meeting as my co-workers ran to the TV to turn on the news. I was shocked, but I was also..."oh, great, we're going to be hearing about this for MONTHS..." But I think Farrah's death is worse, considering her struggle against cancer...and the fact that I used to watch Charlie's Angels when I was little. And don't forget that David Carradine died recently...and Ed McMahon also just died a few days ago.

Well, Jackson's death wasn't a surprise to me I'd heard a couple fairly recent reports that his health has been failing badly for a while but apparently his people were covering it up fairly well. Honestly I had a hard time believing that he'd secured a semi permanent gig at the O2 stadium given his health issues.
