Well, apparently whatever's wrong with me is not my gallbladder. Ultrasound came back normal.
But I'm still sick. Friday morning it was so bad that I couldn't go into work. I spent the whole day in bed.
Appointment tomorrow. Haven't eaten in three days. Awesome.

And nope. I'd thought it was stress due to relationship issues, finals, transferring to Canada and all that, but it hasn't gone away at all even now that I've been feeling better.
I need at least medication or something, if not a cure. I can't keep missing work.
