In Ota's case, a random viewer probably saw it, got offended, and reported it and the mods gave a warning because the person was probably a paying site goer.Friggin twats gotta develop a sense of humour. Without a sense of humor, how are you going to deal with the world? xd

Granted there are some less than levelheaded mooks out there... but more often than not they just need the proper guidance.
...and some just need another few years of English classes.
