I have never been so happy to work overnights.
The b***h queen of our program (long story, needless to say, she's wholly deserving of the title "b***h queen"), came in and gave us a random inspection. According to her, all the 1st and 2nd shift staff dropped the ball and aren't doing their jobs and need to be retrained. Apparently 3rd shift was exempt, because we're always clean on our shift (the clients and their kids are asleep, after all).
If I had been there working 1st or 2nd, and she declared that we all sucked, I'd likely get my a** fired. I wouldn't hold back. I'd tell her to get of her high horse and have HER try to run a shift with 16 clients, 24 children, and only 2 staff on the floor (case managers are in their office, supervisors in theirs). With all the crap they have to do...
Grrrr...I hate that woman.

@Luna: Your job sounds so overly frustrating sometimes gonk And with the risk of pestilence too! Most people I know have someone at work that they don't like, for one reason or another. In my case, the woman in question has no qualms about screwing people over in order to further her own goals. An admirable quality in a high powered cut-throat business type corporation perhaps, but in a human services organization whose motto is "Eliminating Racism, Empowering Women"? Where screwing someone over for selfish gains means screwing WOMEN over...(there are some men who work for the agency, but most of the employees are women). Yeah. I mean, with the economy and all, I'm glad I even have a job, and most of the time I never have to see or deal with that woman. But every time she shows up at my program...no one at my place likes her.

And that you're going with friends who don't mind snarky commentary. If this isn't the worst movie I've ever seen, I'm going to be highly disappointed. I'm going to just assume they are not taking themselves seriously the entire time to make it 100 times better to watch. But I have a good feeling we'll be the only ones in the theater (going to the Saturday matinee) so a great deal of inappropriate comments and shouting will definitely be going on with us xp

But...the fact that it's so awful is one of the things I absolutely adore about it. And, of course, shouting inappropriate things at the movie is actually ENCOURAGED with the Rocky... xd As far as the DBZ movie goes, I'm not a huge fan of the series to begin with, so likely if Stream and I do ever watch it, it'll be Netflixed.

I guess I'm lucky - I don't have anyone at work that I dislike at all. Well, I'm sure there are probably people working other shifts and other offices that aren't pleasant - it's bound to happen - but I've been lucky enough to always end up working with people I enjoy.
