LunaInverse Zelyhon Well, after Property class today, I'm convinced that Joint Tenancy (basically a type of ownership where multiple people each completely own the same piece of land, and when one dies, their interest disappears and the others aren't encumbered by it anymore) is a great name/idea for either a Horror/slasher movie where several people are locked in a house and trying to be the last one left standing to inherit the place, a romantic comedy, or some combination thereof. I'm surprised that a reality show hasn't been made about it... xd ...Give me a week, a TV executive, and a handful of gullible morons and I can change that.

Oh, and once again, it's my yearly "Go get AMVs that people recommend for the VCAs so I don't have to wade through untold numbers of crappy AMVs to find the good ones" time.
Thus far, I've only made my way into downloading most of the "trailer" ones, but there are some good ones, some that hurt my brain, and some that do both.
For example:
Sayonara Zetsubo Sensei! - 300
Cardcaptor Sakura - Pride and Prejudice
Ghost in the Shell - Mirror's Edge
Utena - Deathproof
Black Lagoon - Wanted
Dunno which of these are on Youtube, but they're all good enough that I'll be keeping them, so they might be worth a watch.
EDIT: Also, just how many "300" trailers do there need to be? In just the little bit of downloading I've done, I already have three; the Zetsubo one mentioned above, one for Eva, and one for Samurai Seven.

So, today, in Principles of Agency, we're reading a case about whether a hospital could be held liable for the actions of an employee of theirs. The employee's name is Bruce Wayne Tripoli, so for most of the class, whenever we talk about him, people were referring to him as Batman or just Bruce Wayne. Then, we get to the section on who'd be better able to bear the costs associated with the suit and make sure the plaintiff gets her money and the Professor says, "Even without insurance, the hospital will have more money than Bruce Wayne." After this, about three people in the class start laughing and the professor goes on, "I mean, not real Bruce Wayne, who's a millionaire, but Wanna-be Bruce Wayne the medical technician."

@Spider: Yeah. I'm actually feeling good now like some kinda weight has been lifted. No more obsessive comments or feeling guilty or being told what a b***h I am and THEN how wonderful.
