D: Oh dear god. Yeah, I'd recommend peppermint tea personally, but I find tea helps me in general. Otherwise I'm not exactly sure - I don't really remember what I do when I'm overheating...
I'd definitely recommend going to bed and getting some straight rest though ): Feel better heart

Hope the tea helped. gonk That is one of the only things (aside from loads of Dayquil/Nyquil, Robitussin and Afrin) that really helps me. I got this Throat Coat tea, and it really seemed to help quite a bit while I was drinking it, even if it wore off pretty quickly.
I've also found that those Breathe Right strips made a significant difference at night. I was able to get a few more hours of sleep each night when I started out.
I've been sick for a little over four weeks now, so I've been trying everything. gonk

GAHH! 4 WEEKS?! That's crazy! What do you have? Do you know? Well, that's for a huge supply of it. xd I think a regular box cost me about $5-6, which is still pricey, but it seemed worth it. D: I got it at Target and King Soopers, a regional grocery chain.
Medicine. D: Hopefully it works, even if it's gross.
But no, I didn't go to a doctor. xd Haven't been to one in about ten years. It's going around town, though. Lots of people getting it, and mostly with the same, lingering results. =/ I'm the third person at work to have picked it up and the two who were sick before me are still sick.

I've actually been doing a lot better, really. :3 heart It's mostly just a cough now. Not nearly as stuffy or anything. It's been slow, but the past week has all been uphill. Hopefully you'll be better soon, too. X3

Aww, feel better soon, guys! crying I'm not a doctor so I can't make any suggestions. emo I'm really confused by all these mules floating about, though. I've lost track of all the AG mules. (I should really have my Blago mule invited, though.) ...almost wrote that as AT. OOPS. Anyway. I'll just leave this here and whore out my arena entry.
