I too have a Livejournal that almost never gets updated (my last update until right after reading the above posts was March). Prepare yourselves for the shock of shocks, but the name it's under is Zelyhon.

I just found out that MTV is making a remake of the Rocky Horror Picture Show. crying
What the hell was I doing when this was announced? eek
I love the Rocky as it is, in all it's completely cheesy and campy glory.

I don't understand why a remake is even necessary. The original is still extremely popular, even with the current "MTV Generation".

Rae x Rae I don't understand why a remake is even necessary. The original is still extremely popular, even with the current "MTV Generation". It's all about the money. The big trick is...the original movie totally tanked in the movie theaters during regular show times. It wasn't until they showed it at midnight showings that it gained in popularity. I see absolutely no potential for an updated version to do any better.

Kin bought me Disgaea and Final Fantasy IV, along with two surprise gifts. I still haven't started Chrono Trigger, Final Fantasy Tactics A2, .hack//GU 2, or Pokemon Mystery Dungeon. And god knows how many I haven't finished. On the DS I still need to complete TWEWY (the secret reports/full completion), Izuna, Castlevania: PoR....
I'm going to be sooooooo distracted next semester! gonk

I'm going to be sooooooo distracted next semester! gonk I think the only DS games that I have that I've actually finished are the Phoenix Wright games (oh, and Apollo Justice.), TWEWY, and Jump Ultimate Stars. I have over 20 games, and the DS is the system I currently get the most use out of, seeing as I can play while I'm at work.

I've finished Phoenix Wright/Apollo Justice, Cooking Mama (except for the skills on the first game, but I finished the main stuff), and... wow, is that it?
The ones that I need to finish right now are the ones that are just a PAIN though. On Castlevania I need to level up, flesh out the map, and apparently try to figure out how to make the store wifi work so that I can get some items I stupidly sold that I need for quests before I can beat the game seeing as I can defeat Dracula and Death, but then True Dracula kills me since I have no more healing left, then in TWEWY I'm trying for 100% completion (which speaks for itself), and Izuna's final dungeon is 41 levels long. Keep in mind that this is the game with annoying autosave where, if you die, you are sent back to town with a freshly saved games and all your equipment and items lost.
So basically there's no trial and error - you have to make the stuff you're SURE will get you through if you don't want to spend YEARS trying to get through it gonk As it is, that takes so much dungeon crawling that there's a limit to how much I can sit through.
I love my DS and I generally use it a lot, but there's only so much grinding and crawling I can take xd

Oh yeah, Jackie - TWEWY question. If you've mastered a pin that evolves, then does that register or something even after it's become the next step? I know one of the 100% things is to master all the pins, but seeing as some of them just master and then disappear... I wasn't sure.
Same with quest items, actually... but those are still listed in your inventory after you own them so I figured the fact that you DID have them is what counts.
