Summer's Rights:

~ Has a say in a future mate


Split's Rights:
~ Sig/teepee Rights
~ Gets to pick a mate/breeding partner
~ IC and OOC RP rights

Breeding Rights:
~ 1st Breeding: In the event of 2 baskets, Split Personality and the owner of the mare each get a basket, in the event of a third they get to decide who gets it.
~ 2nd Breeding: In the event of 2 baskets, Summer Raven and the owner of the mare each get a basket, in the event of a third it will go to Split Personality.
~ 3rd Breeding: In the event of 2 baskets, Split Personality and the owner of the mare each get a basket, in the even of a third they get to decide who gets it.

Quick update on this agreement stating that I, Summer Raven, no longer require a basket from any of Butter Pecan's breedings. All three of them are Split's now and she can decide what to do with them.

RP Related:
Marzipanz gets full RP rights. This includes IC and OOC interactions.
Nisshou will not RP him.

Display Related:
Both owners are free to display Pterois in their teepee or signatures.

Breeding Related:
1st breeding: Mazipanz gets solo rights.
2nd breeding: Nisshou gets solo rights.
3rd breeding: Marzipanz gets solo rights.

Other Stuff:
All major life decisions, such as lifemating, are to be discussed with Nisshou before hand.
Flings do not need to be discussed before hand.
Marzipanz and Nisshou are both free to enter Pterois in contests.

Co-ownership agreement for Cider between Akira-Kisho and Kiti Veilleux.

Roleplay: RP rights containing all from IC to OOC will be given to Kiti Veilleux. Akira-Kisho will only rp if Kiti no longer wants to rp, or has another reason as to why he should be the one to RP her.

Teepee/sig rights: Are shared equally between both Akira-Kisho and Kiti Veilleux. Though Kiti Veilleux will be rolling for Cider's stats being that she will be the one to RP her.

Breedings: Breedings will go as follows: Kiti Veilleux has full rights to the first breeding. Akira-Kisho has full rights to the second breeding. The third breeding they will both share equal rights.

Lifemating/flings: Lifemating must be discussed between both Akira-Kisho and Kiti Veilleux before a final decision is made. Flings do not need to be approved by either party.

Miscellaneous rights such as contests or games are given to both Akira-Kisho and Kiti Veilleux.

To clear up confusion. I, Amirynth, have co-ownership of Tai'jin to Lt. Gnatty-Bug. She has sig-rights and RP privileges. Gnat can claim one of Tai's three breedings. Breeding will work like Open permission where we do not have to ask each other's permission to enter Tai'jin into a breeding raffle. Whoever enters Tai into the raffle will be the one receiving the baskets from that raffle if they win and will count towards their allotment for the month.

If Gnatty wishes to do an official RP she can let me know so I can place it in my teepee for records purposes.
