*Veria smerked, "oh heavens no. Thats not how i work." She walked past him and fired into his foot as she walked by, not slowing down or looking back one bit, "i rather see you squrm and beg." She looked out and then both ways, "i susspect my sister is headed to the demon barrior device. So our objective now will be to investigate further into how, why, and where they got this tec. More inportantly who adviced it. It's too clean to be just a group, more like a orginization kind of thing. Keeping up back there?" She asked finaly with a smile to herself.
meanwhile shortstraw looked up and snapped out of it, "huh... oh um... yea. Just thinking is all..." He hurryed alittle closer to her. "alright Evelyn see you on the other side then." He thought.

Cale had dropped to his foot although had taken his boot off and pulled the bullet out. "Ouch." He watched as his foot regenerated and he put his boot back on and stood up. Looking to the bullet between his thumb and forefinger, he inquired. "And you seem puzzled as to why people don't like ya'." Charlotte couldn't help but giggle a little as she moved out of the building after Veira. Charlotte twiddled her fingers together. "Humans aren't capable of making this kinda technology. They must've got it from some Yokai seller or something similar." Cale walked out and stretched his arms. "Yokai items have traces on them. The maker. Just like tapes have records on the maker imprinted into the rolls."
Kiera smiled to Shortstraw. "You'll get left behind if you keep going into your own little world." She knocked on his head with a chuckle. "Never seen you so deep in thought." She grinned before carrying on after Dante. Who was somewhere in the distance with the item on his scent trail.

*Shortstraw nodded to keria, "well i was just thinking about some things. Someone has too." He chukkled, "though... i need to talk to Hikari about somthing when we get back." He followed after Donte now beside keria, Lilly way back doing all she could to keep up untill she summonedher lion again to finally gain some speed. They were now inside the barrior. But as Donte would have found, there was a snall building in which the 'Scent' had come from. Course it was hevily guarded at this point with hundreds of enemys. All for one little house. It was alittle odd looking, but there were thosends of weapons pointed at donte. And there was no way he would jsut plow through them without getting shot full of holes. As keria and shortstraw would slow to where donte was, (the enemys not visable untill they are actully there) shortstraw shied, "damn... they're closeing int he back too... were surrounded. It's a ambush."

Prophet kicked a tank over, his eyes turning back to normal. He then aimed his lancer and shot a few rounds at the bottom of the tank, and blood came out of the bullet holes. Prophet smiled, seeing the tanks were destroyed. Prophet turned back and headed for Shortstraw, not noticing a amored person watching far away, smiling. "Prophet, you will perish soon enough, just you wait." A voice said, out loud, as two Prometheans appeared behind him. "Alright, my minions, take Prophet as his demon cat friend alive, if they use force...Kill them." The voice said, as the Prometheans nodded and teleported away.

Kiera laughed and patted Dante's wolfy butt. Dante's tail was between his legs and his ears down, not liking the look of all the guns pointed at him. He looked wearily back to his elder sister, who had a firm grin planted onto her face. "They're just humans." She spoke for the 40-millionth time. The guns were poised on her, now that they noticed she was the only one that was moving, and this girl was their caution, the princess. They had all of them there, the princess, the prince, and the future husband to the princess. They could have ended the wars if they were quick enough. But Kiera had already slapped her hand to the ground, sending an eruption of energy around her and collapsing the ground and buildings where the men stood, sending them all tumbling down into a mesh of carnage and stone.

*Shortstraw shied, "always take all the fun away." He crossed his arms and headed to the small house. When he opened the door he was shocked, "keria... donte... there is no item..." He let them take a look. There was a gaint painted seal in the center of the room in anchant, "We arn't just dealing with a group of humans that are rebelling..." He pointed to symbote, "we have a massive tarrist group aginst us with the humans as the pawns. Tipical of course."

Kiera rolled her eyes and folded her arms over her chest. "Perfect." Dante whimpered a little. "More enemies." Kiera slung her arm over Dante's back. "More enemies that are on their way to getting slaughtered, more like." Kiera's eyes thinned onto the rubble. Kiera, this won't interrupt, will it? No, we can easily work our way around it. It doesn't make any difference. It may do, if we can't keep the dog on it's leash. It'll be fine. You worry too much. Kiera whined. "Bollocks. And I so wanted that item, too." She pulled a face. "Looks like I'm going to have to go on the black market." Dante looked back to her with his lips upturned. "Black market? No sister." Kiera laughed and turned to walk away. "I was joking, Dante. You're funny."

*Shortstraw was now in thought again it seemed as he walked silently behind them. He was now feeling out of it compaired to before. Maybe he was out here too long or somthing. Maybe it was all becuse he pittyed his own kind. Or maybe there was even more then that. Either way he looked to keria, "i'll erase the seal, seems our mission is done here." But he was wrong as he walked into the house. Eve stated perfictly, it must be strightened out beforeyou come back. Fix the citys probalme that started all this. Keria had work to do, and most of the humans innocents were all waiting outside the mineshaft as instrucked.

Prophet smiled, hearing that the mission was done. He was about to see Shortstraw when he saw, out the corner of his eye, a Promethean stabbing it's sword through a human, killing the man on the spot. "Well, looks like we're done here." Prophet said as he stabbed through the Promethean's skull, sending it flying backwards and squishing a human that was getting up. Prophet then turned his cloak on, and turned invisible.

Kiera patted Dante's back as they walked. "We'll have to get back to the rounded up civilians. I bet they were all peeing themselves from every gun shot." Dante frowned. "I wouldn't really say it like that, sis." Kiera raised an eyebrow. "Oh?" She looked away. "Just like our father." She sighed and looked back to Shortstraw before looking forward again. What's up with him? I'm not sure. There isn't anything in his outside layer that I could tap into. I hate it when you describe it like that. People aren't onions. Kiera held back a chuckle. Who knows, we're a lot like onions if you think about it. Especially you. You make people cry the more people peel your psycho layers off.

*Shortstraw looked to Donte, "i'll head back and rally up the people who excaped. You can work on pushing the remaining enemys out or whatever." He turned and headed off in his own direction. He was headed to the mineshaft sure, but... not exacly quickly either. Instead he walked at a normal slow pace.*
Meanwhile Veria and the other two were snooping around diffrent building, and such and it seemed nothing was left behind that could state anything keria didn't already find out or know. So she finally turned, "okay now we just need to get one more thing done."
Meanwhile moon had strayed from the group a long long time ago, looking for cresent and reamining hidden no matter what. After all she wasn't a figher. But she didn't find anything yet and was starting to panic again.

Kiera glanced to Dante. "Go do what Shortstraw said with Lilly. I'm going to find Moon." Dante whined. "Oh yeah, forgot about her." Kiera smiled and hugged Dante's muzzle. "It's fine. Go on now." Dante nodded and went to go search all the buildings, sniffing out any remaining rebels and ripping their bodies apart. Kiera went into all the hidden crevices to find Moon. She knew Moon wouldn't be out in the open. However it was a pain that she'd lost sight of her. She made a mental note about it. Since when was I a psycho? Since forever, Kiera. Do you see yourself sometimes? Do you have a conscience? Psssh, hopefully psycho in the good sense of the word, then? No, Kiera. Cale grinned. "And what's that,darlin'?" Charlotte was so bored of Cale's cockiness that she elbowed him in the stomach which sent him to the floor clutching his belly. "Bloody hell. For a little girl you have a really pointy elbow." Charlotte smiled to herself and looked back to Veira admiringly.

*Veria laughed at him and patted Charrlets head, "good one." She then turned, "There is somthing here i want. I can sense it now that the barrior is gone. However i don't know fully what it is..." she pondered then spun back around, "on second thought maybe we should go now before things are turned aginst us for helping out... things tend to do that alot on my end." She held out a hand for both so they could teliport, "however when we get home we need to get to work on that new item i plan on for percillia. I'll need all the help i can get though, so both of you will be useful." She nodded.
Meanwhile Moon was still walking around, before she came arounda corner in the nooks and litarly ran face first into keria before falling over, drawin gher sword and holding it out to defend herself with her eyes closed, "get away!" She yelled before she looked to keria, "Oh. Did you find Cresent by any chance?" She asked sitting up, her eyes full of worry. "I went all the places i expected to find her, but... i don't even have a clue yet."

Cale coughed before he stood himself up clutching his belly. Because it wasn't something that he could regenerate, it hurt more than most things. He glared down at Charlotte before taking Veria's hand. Charlotte was the one looking all smug as she did the same but stuck her tongue out at Cale childishly before looking back to Veira with a smile. "We'll help out the best we can," She looked back to Cale. "as always." Cale's eyes thinned at Charlotte. Was this some kind of competition between them to get Veira's praise? Because that's what it was evolving into.
Kiera looked sadly down to Moon as she held her hand out to pull her up. "No, we haven't found her yet. I was just worried as to where you were. You're not as capable as her at being on your own, you know. Lets look together." She said with a smile. Look at you, miss 'I want to help everyone'. Shut up, you'll make me lose my concentration. Kiera heard Evelyn cackle. It takes concentration for you to be nice to people? Oh Kiera, you make me laugh.

*Veria smiled happily to Charlett, "glad to here it. Soon things will get more complicated as we go." She then suddenly teliported, not really seeing what was going on between cale and charllett becuse... well she was a tough love kind of girl anyways, she wouldn't see it as a compitation but rather just fun crulity, which she would defently support.
Meanwhile Moon shook her head, "no thankyou. As much as i do appreashaite your help..." she shied as she patted herself off. "I keep putting Cresent in Danger. And... well after this i may need to cut ties with everyone. Becuse of me, she keep hurting. Becuse i chose the brotherhood, she had too to stay with me. I'm all she has and i sorta feel like i'm just making things harder for her. But i guess if you can help me find her, i'll have a better chance with extra eyes..." she seemed in thought about somthing that had to do witht he past. This was deeper then keria may relize.
