Whoa hold on, there won't be any posting of jutsus unless approved by me, the thing is I need to read through them and possibly edit them to make sure that 1. they make sense 2. they're not overly powerful and correspond to the ranks and 3. that they're not just plain stupid

dud theyre not new theyre jutsus off of naruto im just sending them to people who wanna look at it.Luo,Matsuya and Ronnel have got it. It even seperates them by category.I thought it was sweet.Its really LONG though.Theyre in alphabetical order.

idk i was thinking of this technique where you have a clone in one place while your in another. then with the technique you can switch places with your clone. Idk how clear that is. but heres kinda an example.
Say i was in Konoha. (like I am) and I have a clone in Kiri. So with my technique I can switch place with the clone, so that I am now in Kiri. Itd be usefull for confusing an opponent too.

Ah. That would be pretty difficult to get out on paper without it coming out too powerful. I have a jutsu similar to that which I created in NUR which was accepted. It's called the mirror replacement jutsu. You put up a wall of water in front of you, and if a projectile, opponent, or corresponding level of elemental jutsu enters it, it reverses you and the opponent/causes the jutsu or projectile to shoot straight back out of the water "mirror" towards the opponent.

See, here's the one I did. I think I'm actually going to apply for this one....
Mizu Mira-tsukekae no-jutsu (Water mirror replacement jutsu): A jutsu where the user creates a wall of water in front of them that when hit by a projectile or gone through, switches the places of the two ninja, or the path of a projectile weapon. Can't be used until genin level since it distorts space and projectile paths. Until chuunin level, it only replaces projectile attacks, and needs a water source equal to the user's front body. At chuunin level, it can switch the positions of two ninja when one is even attacking as long as he puts a limb through the wall. At jounin level, it can switch the place of two ninja if the other ninja used a chuunin level or lower elemental jutsu. Can switch any attack at Kage level. Weak to fire jutsu of one rank higher.
