Harbinger of Pandamonium Zelyhon Zely hates Santa Clara Voting Registration Office. So, several weeks ago, I send in my paperwork to get a Vote by Mail ballot. I did this when I was home, and got my Dad to fill it out, since his handwriting is better than mine. Well, it turns out that they didn't like his much either. After some time of not getting my ballot, I call in and ask where it is. They read back and have the wrong address for me, because the street and the apartment number were both wrong, so I correct them, they say it's fixed, and say they're issuing me a new ballot. Well, it's now today, and still no ballot. I give another call. Turns out, they didn't change ANYTHING, as the address is still the exact same one, with the exact same two mistakes as before. And now they're past the time when they're issuing vote-by-mail ballots, so I've got to head back to San Jose tomorrow and for the weekend in order to vote. This wouldn't be nearly so annoying if I wasn't just there LAST weekend for a concert, when I could have done this if they'd told me about it. So yeah, Zely hates the Voter Registrar's office. At least, those two who lied about fixing the address the first time. Silver lining: I'm taking a trip to Santa Cruz while I'm there to check in with Undergrad friends who are still there. Unfortunately, I didn't see this until it was far too late. gonk Oh well. Thanksgiving is just a little while away, and I don't think any of us are going to be heading out of town, so we could probably do a few sessions then. ...In between bouts of midterm preparations. gonk

Joasis Rae x Rae Oh god I'm scared. I just applied for Sigma Tau Delta membership.
I more than qualify, at least in the matter of my English GPA, but if I get rejected I'll cry ;-;
But before that happens, you'll be accepted and I expect to see videos and photographs of the hazings. ninja

I'm a member of Phi Theta Kappa, it's another international honor society (but for 2-year college students. I was invited to join before I transferred to a 4-year college). All we got was a fancy dinner and a gold tassel and gold stoll to wear at our graduation. Oh, and they keep sending me applications for credit cards... xd I can give you a hazing you'll never forget wink

Hope all your pain goes away and everything goes without a hitch! ... Though technically I should probably be praying that your teeth are destroyed and that having to gum victims to death slows you down.
