I completely suck and making long posts for RPs. For some reason I just can't seem to add detail like other people do.

As for making detailed posts...to me, it's not as easy as it seems, yet it's really not too hard. It just takes a while of thinking.  I tend to review others' posts about 3 or more times, thinking, Hmm...do my characters have a reaction, thought, or something to say about that? Or in cases where there's no conversation going on, I try to elaborate upon what my characters might be reflecting about or seeing in the surrounding environment, if it may be significant to what's going on.
*shrugs* I dunno...I just feel inclined to elaborate upon what I see/hear in my head as clearly as possible so that I get my view across and don't leave people second-guessing. Because you're not all in my head, thus you can't see exactly what I mean. Whenever I imagine myself leaving a short, vague post, I feel as if the players on the other end will assume on their own terms what my character is doing, which would likely turn out different from what I was really thinking. In which case I'll have to say "No, my character isn't doing that, she's doing this."
I mean, it's what I tend to think when I see an all-too-short post with not enough detail that connects to what's currently going on. I'm like... "Ooookaaayy. I'm not sure what he/she means there. Hmm...I'll just fill in the blanks and assume this and see how it turns out from there." And then when I post it would usually result in the other person going, "Uhh...no, this is what I meant..." To which I think, Well gee, I wish you had said that in your previous post. D:

My mom's trying to make me do that, but I've refused to. My dog was barking this morning, that's why I'm up so early. I also just finished the picture of Rei! I just have to scan it and give it to him now.

@Azura: It probably was my cats. Somehow. I'm not sure how they would have managed it, but they probably did.
My mom's not gonna bother with getting me up early until a week before school starts. But it's gonna suck - switching from getting up at noon to getting up at seven. stare

GAAAAAAAAAAAH!!!! I am so ******** BORED!!!!! *bashes skull into wall repeatedly* I have nothing to do! NOTHING!! The internet has lost its appeal, since no one has replied to the stuff I'm interested in them replying to, I can't think of any other sites I need to check out, I WANTED to watch a movie, but my dad won't let me go into my sister's room to see if it's there since it is no where else in the house, and I can't think of anything that's worth drawing or writing about!! ARGH!! *continues to bash skull into wall all the while cursing death and destruction to rain down upon Cat* I are extremely IRKED. . . *mutters to self*
