Zelyhon And today's Law School funny comes from... Andrews v. United Airlines, Inc. The case is about someone getting seriously hurt when a bag in overhead storage fell out and hit them on the head when someone opened it at landing. Here's an actual quote from the opinion, with my bolding on the part to really look at: "As harried travelers try to avoid the agonizing ritual of checked baggage, they hand-carry more and larger items - computers, musical instruments, an occasional deceased relative." I...don't know what to say to that exactly. Hopefully they're referring to the ashes of a loved one who was cremated and not their actual corpse. But in this day and age you never know. What I want to know is...how would they have gotten a dead body past security? xd

Sadly, she seems to have decided that the whole bed is HER domain, and she gets pissed when the humans actually try to use it. Too bad for her we're much bigger than she is...

Oh my! I seem to have lost roughly a size! Which I judge because I'm currently in my highschool jeans, while my normal ones that used to be tight are now surprisingly roomy.
I feel awesome cool

What I want to know is...how would they have gotten a dead body past security? xd Probably, but it's much more amusing to think of it the other way, especially since the case was about things in the overhead compartments. XD Streamjumper Was that in the opening or closing argument? Neither. That was in the opinion, where the court justifies the decision it made. Opinions are most of what we read in law school, since they're the source of the common law that then gets used in future cases.

Okay, when I fly, they make me take my shoes off. I had to run my sombrero(yeah, I really did wear one to a flight once! xp ) through the metal detector. How can people smuggle dead bodies through?! gonk

Okay, I have been looking for this for near 30 minutes now. DOES ANYONE REMEMBER WHERE I CAN FIND THE CRACKED VERSIONS OF LABTECH247'S JOURNAL? I am positive there used to be places where you could find this s**t.
