Ryoko looked to the Nara and the Uchiha. She knew next to nothing of thse peoples abilities but she knew she didn't like how this was playing out. She cared littel for how their personalities were so...morbid and detesting of life itself. Ryoko understood heartache as well as anyone. She understood morning and pain. But she didn't understand letting it weight over you like a horrifying raincloud.

This Nara man seemed to understand that as well. He was annoyed by many of the things that she seemed to find urksome as well. What a bother this would be to fix...She moved over to them and smiled even though there were only two people left in her home now. "You speak with a lot of knowledge and forsight. I admit that I don't know that much about Uchiha or Hyuuga or even you. I don't know because...well...I only became a shinobi about 2 years ago. My son taught me the way of the ninja for crying out loud. But...I find that these people have...sad souls. They have had the very joy sucked out of their existance. And it isn't something that just recently happened. It wasn't because of losses in the war. Least not with that Hyuuga lady. She seems as if her entire life has been one sorrow after another."

Ryoko looked over to a bansai tree that gree near the doorway. She smiled a bit, "I lost my husband to the war. He wasn't even a fighter...he died because me and my son opposed the Earth Master directly and my son took something of hers. I know pain but...I also know that my husband would hate me forever if I didn't go back to some simblence of my happy self...I think the Hyuuga woman has never even known happiness. I'd like to change that if possible but I don't know the first thinga bout any of you people from the land of trees."

She sat there at the entrence to the hallway. Reaching out, she knocked against one of the walls and a secret compartment opened. In it was a katana...and well aged sake. She took out the sake and 3 bowls to drink from. She poured herself some and some for the two people before her. "Mind filling me in on what you know?" she spoke directly to the man before her.

Roy looked to Cronos. The boy was using his head. He might not have a lot of chakra but he was using what he had and that's what Roy wanted to see. It wasn't what you had that made you a shinobi but it was using what you lacked and coming out on top...that was the mark of a real master of the ninja arts. To Roy at least, that's what it meant. This boy knew he had a supirior ability with taijutsu and that Roy would allow it but he decided to go along with his jutsu to try and confuse Roy and gain the upper hand.

"Good job...now lets see how good of a rouse you constructed." Pulling out a single kunai, Roy picked his target and grinned. He tossed it into the air a few times and then threw it at the clone.

Giglamesh was begining to catch up and right as he would of been right on there heels, he was paying more attention to the mans clanking armor and his heavy footsteps and trying to keep up than actuly watching where he was going, and due to his height he would litteraly get clotheslined but a low support beam in a alley. It would hit him due to the speed he was moving that he would literaly stop while his feet kept going and would just about to a back flip from the force landing hard on his shoulder blades. He would lay there on his back looking up at the sky for a minute, literaly trying to calm himself down, it he got pissed and did somthing he woudl regret the hyuga would most likly see it as a act of attack and either run more or return attack agint him. Neither one he wanted, ironicly the second more than the first not for his own life but he didnt want Iwa to treat it as a act of war due to his actions, so he would lay there staring up at the sky and the suronding bulding wich he was in a alley of.

Eventualy when he thought he was clam he would stand and take a deep breath and begin walking away, but not before grabbing his lower katana's and slashing them several extremly rapid times where only the glimmers could be seen before he reseathed them and now calm he would continue on his way. As he woudl walk away the board that clotheslined him and extremly smoth cuts out of the bulding would fall in to the alley way.

Giglamesh would use the wall walking technique to wall up the bulding to the roof tops, It would seem he had lost them how was he to find them agin. The large obese man stuck out and he know knew she was with him, and they had escaped togther, she could easily blend in him however was a different story and all he would have to do was find him, and prey they didnt split up. But his vision alreayd proved it wassent effective enough and with the distance they put between him and them he would be able to hear him escaping any longer. So what was he to do now, he knew if this continued it may become treated as a event of conspiracy due to suspicious behavior, the anbu certianly were no help as they only watched and made no attempt to help, so it would actuly seem like it was up to giglamesh to stop this situation from esclating. Least this was what he thought in his mind, and what he would think think was that the obese man was the hokage. And he would literaly imange the fat man wearing the hokage robe and hat, and due to how he saw him react before in a sense he seemd vulgar and arrogant as he proclaimed he would easily defeat giglamesh with out knowing giglamesh's skill, so he would imange the fat man wearing the red kage robe and hat slightly grunting with a few food stain on the robe. "....eww..........that coudlnt be the hokage...........under these circumstances a kage would of not tried to reason and would of most likly fled imediatly...also the large man seemed to be protective of her and if he was the kage the situation would of been reversed." He would bring logic to the situation and would begin looking around agin how was he to find them.

The second he heard the voice he knew who/what it was, it was that dam roys hell cat. Giglamesh was extremly the type that didnt like cats, and the fact this one talked and seemed to be sarcatci alot didnt help it in the slightest. "Great.....etna ....just what i need..you here to rub it in as well!?" He was alreayd erked that he allowed him self to be clothselined by a inatimant object, not to mention he lost after several atempts sombody he wanted to escort and aid in return to get information, the second begining to become a time crucial topic as if it continued it could be treated as threat. He didnt know how long that cat had been there and assume that cat had seen everthing the way it seemd to sarcasticly speak torwards him.

Etna looked to Gig. WHile his mishaps were a bit on the hilarious side. She wasn't in the mood to laugh at the man this night. She never found people in the pursuit of knowledge to be a funny or stupid thing. She found it quite admirable so long as they knew their limits. He was having a hard time and she soon understood why when she looked to his face. She hadn't noticed before but one of his eyes were patched. So he was partially blind.

With a sigh, he looked over to the man and sighed a bit. "You have a thirst for knowledge don't you. Your looking for the Evil Eye's aren't you? So am I? How about I aid you in your discovery of this truth? I have a few questions to askt hem myself. Besides...curiosity and cats and all that jazz. Now then, I've smelt them before...at least one of them with the Hyuuga. I believe him to be the Hokage. He has great chakra about right for such a rank. I'll just track him since I've had his scent before. I'll trace his scent that is weaker instead of stronger. That is more logically to be his companions instead of him."

Taking ot a higher location, she began to sniff about the air and honed her senses on the smell.

Etna listend to the man and had already picked up the scent. She was careful to pick out the weaker one. By logic, the stronger scent would be the actual Hokage but the weaker one would be one of his friends. From what Gig had just told her, the Hyuuga was just with the Kage so the scent on her would be stronger than any of the other scents that left the place except his. She pinned in on that scent and pointed her tail. "That way. I can smell her and someone else...she has a lot of the Kage's scent mixed with ehr's so I can't distinguish them but I might be able ot pick up the man's scent if we hurry."

He began to speak of something else...something about enchruching evil or something. She knew what he was talking about. That sword the woman held so tightly at her side. She didn't know what exactly it was but she had an idea. She kept quiet on that point and simply edge him on. "Move, they have slowed their pace but are agitated."

Ryoko looked to the one that spoke and smiled. "You should ahve faith in her. If you don't trust your leader then they have no power and you'll soon fall by the waistside. Keep that faith in her. She'll always return it if she's a true leader."

This cat had rode on the back of far worse than Gig so she'd be fine. As a matter of fact, her balance was to a point where she sat on his shoulder instead of diggin her claws in or what not. SHe was perfectly fine riding with him although there were a few close calls here and there on sharper turns.

She belted out turns as best she could and made only one mention to him, "Fine...I'll know my place but I advise you to keep pace and if I say slow, you do as such. Do you really think they'd be happy to see someone they already ditched once coming at them at high speeds? This situation requires finess...and I doubt you have very much." She said with a smirk and gave a few more directions.

Shikamori shook his head. "No, I will never possess either the Uchiha's foresight nor the Hyuuga's insight. After all, others do say too much of one thing can blur judgement. And as an outsider, but having worked with both clans for most of my shinobi career, it is easier for me to take an impartial view between the two clans. Yokou-han...she was a much kinder woman before she inherited the clan." He sighed sadly, pausing for a moment. "The Hyuuga's ancient promise to the line of Hokages, to the village... The last decision she made purely by herself...I don't even recall..."

"Yokou-han..." Shikamori cut in coldly at Kaisude's conclusion. "She blamed herself for not being able to protect her clan members...however foreign...and what angered her even more, was how Konoha tried so hard to keep the Hyuugas within the village afterwards. It was reasonable. She was suspicious they had something to do with it... The council..." He shook his head with disgust. "All they see is a precious kekkai genkai they don't want extinct." He paused for a moment before he spoke up. "There is an Uchiha clan - I assure you they're alive and kicking. The head...she's supposed to be in Oto... Last time I heard of her, she was one of the two dual Otokages (shared kage position). However...Uchihas, too. Your numbers decreased quite...drastically since that last run-in with the Fire Master."
