I'm surprised at Sony's move to make their online multiplayer free. But then again, being cynical about anything Sony has said and done since they announced the PS2 (not a typo), I really don't trust anything they've said. I'll believe them when I actually see a physical system and all the other stuff they've mentioned for it....
... although I'm not going to have the money to pick up a system with a $500+ price point for a long, long time.
