Matsuya lowered his voice so only Drake could hear him. "You listen to me old man. If you were still behind that desk, I know you would have given it to me. You know what I saw that day, you know that. I saw two of the most important people in my life die." He cleared his throat and acted as if he hadnt said anything. "Well it is mine. And if your just a peddler, then why do you even care?"

"You may be one of the seven..." Blade stated as he lowered hiimself to speak only Matsuya's ear. "But out of the 7, you are by far the weakest. So calm down...if you want to earn that vest then achieve Stage 6 of the swordstyle and maybe I'll be nice enough to give it to you," Blade whispered to him and only to Matsuya. "Now...just because you're chuunin and a swordsmen, doesn't make you all powerful. Watch that ego kid...cause it'll get you killed. You gotta detach yourself and control your emotions. I'm not telling you to kill them...that would be inhuman...but control them. Just remember that will ya?" Blade said as he rose back up.

Matsuya lowered his voice again. "You've given me that speach to many times. Its effect is starting to dull." Matsuya sighed. "Meet me at the beach. We have something to talk about." Matsuya gave everyone a slight nod of goodbye and walked out of the room, towards the beach. He wasnt sure if Blade was trying to make him mad, or trying to calm him down. Calling him weak wasnt the way to calm him down.

"Well if you'll excuse me...I have someone to kill..." Blade chuckled sadistacally as he stepped out of the room. As he walked out, he saw a several insects crawl silently into the office. Adjusting his sunglasses, Blade stepped out of the office and towards the beach.

Zattenai listened to Drake as he spoke, then answered. "I know they look strong. I know who they are, kid. Taht ought to tell you something about my level of strength, that they don't worry me. And I'm about fed up with waiting for someone to let me in. Opening the window isn't required..." He placed a hand on the window and the glass seemed to warp away from his hand, passing around it as he entered the room and then closing behind him without a single mark on it. He picked up the small circle of glass and slotted it back into the hole, passing his hand over it. There was no indication as to where it had been. He then turned to the room at large. Or at least the room at slightly smaller. "It's just less nauseating for everyone else, in general. Be grateful you didn't see that done with a human. It's painless, but really sickening. Now, I got business with the Mizukage. The rest o' you can clear out." He very emphatically didn't crack his knuckles. Some threats are all the ore effective by their absence. "Or I can remove you. Your choice. I'm not violent, but self-defense isn't violent."

"Nope, sorry, but I'm very tired you see from carrying this heavy pack you see," Drake stated with a smile as he pointed to the large medicine box on his shoulders. "And like I said, you should try having manners, that's called breaking and entering...which means we'd be the ones resorting to self defense," pointing that out to the shinobi as he tilted his head and smiled childishly.

Zattenai knelt down on his haunches so that his head was level with the peddler's. "Do you see anythin' broken? I don't." Then, in a voice so quiet that only Drake could hear, "And I'm blind, kid. But I see past the exterior. I've got first sight, and I see what's really there. If you're a peddler then I'm a teetotaler."

Drake laughed childishly as he looked at the shinobi with a childishly amused look on his face. "What exactly is it that you see? What interior? I am me...I'm not hiding anything," Drake laughed as he pinched his face, acting like it was a mask that could be taken off. "Ow..." he laughed as he pointed to his pinched cheek. "See? I'm nothing more than a peddler...this is my real face...and my real body and my real eyes," he smiled foolishly.

Zattenai tilted his head to one side, looking down at the little man. "I don't see any peddler, kid. If you wanna break your cover I'm happy to oblige. Just say the word and I'll say your real title."
He lowered his voice again, speaking to Drake alone. "you don't even wanna know what i can see about you, Demon of the Mist."

LT still had his sword pointed at the incoming "Guest" who entered into the room. LT lowered his head a little apologizing to the Mizukage, for a number of reasons. "Mizukagesama, I sorry that i triggered Matsuya's anger. But he is wrong, That vest does not belong to him yet, as Zabuza didnt have it on him when he died. He left it in the ANBU guards room after he assassinated the then current kage. That vest belongs to ANBU, and in turn you. I did not mean to strike his emtions. I was trying to be nice, and ask if i could give it to him as a gift, but seeing as to the way he acted he reminded me much of Hirose." Not once did LT or the other ANBU in the room take their eyes off of the "guest".

'This is moronic...' Toshiro thought, simply shrugging as he left the room, he didn't have the time nor the patience needed to deal with the ego's given off by both sides as he found the entire scene to be rather pointless. He stopped only once at the door as he was leaving, tilting his head to the left to face the shinobi within the room while his body remained facing outside of the office. His eyes held a small spark of thoughtful intent while his body language suggested disinterest and boredom.
"You guys should be wary of your actions. If we treat all guests in this manner, then we may soon find ourselves alone and unpopular with no allies nor friends to look to for help." Toshiro's voice throughout his entire statement held a small ring of annoyance while remaining for the most part emotionless. With that he simply left the room, the girl following after him as he exited the office.

Luo sighed as he could feel emotions rise and fall within the room. Putting a hand up to motion the ANBU to recede to the shadows of the room, the backed away. He found it a bit annoying that Toshiro would comment on matters he'd yet to deal with before his quick absence and absolving of his past position, but he let it go seeing as how the comment didn't strike him. Glancing back at the vest on his desk, Luo looked at Tares casually from a side glance, his peripherals on the guest. "Matsuya will earn the vest when he has earned respect within the mist 7. His temper is what hinders that aspect of his training. Teach him to cool it, and maybe I'll give it to him personally. Until then, it will remain in my office and guarded." Luo then stared at the guest in his room, more annoyed than angry with the man. "Sir, to threaten my shinobi is a direct threat on me. They're simply doing their job, but as you can see I've asked them to stand down at the moment. Who are you, and what is it exactly that you seek from me?" He then glanced at Drake and back at the guest. "And please don't hold peddlers in such high esteem as the former demon of the mist. He was as a brother to me, and I take offense to such statements." The man had gone through facial and body reconstruction which was unrecognizable by any shinobi other than he. He was afterall the best med-nin that lived at the time. And it was only him that could tell the difference. Not some obvious taijutsu specialist with muscles which protruded from every exposed skin surface.
((sorry Dr. whiteface, it just seems more than impossible that a man who's never even met Zane would know his nickname and know it was him under all the reconstructive surgery he went through. If Luo didn't even recognize him and he's known him for years, you certainly couldn't.))

((Zattenai. Is. Blind. And he's been blind for more than five hundred years. He recognizes things like chakra signature, vocal subtleties, and to a certain degree he trusts his gut. He doesn't nned depend on seeing what people look like o know who they are. I'll do an IC tonight.))

(Yeah that's all well and good...but you've never met me before, so how would you know what my chakra sig is? or my vocal subtleties? and Zane's dead, everyone knows that...that's why he wouldn't know wether it was Zane or not)
