weeeellll. When a man REALLY wishes he wasn't one....
they say that 25 is sort of a last chance for the results of that to look realistic. Otherwise the surgery is enough that you pass...but aren't pretty enough to really ever attract anyone.
orchiectomy=castration, hormone therapy changes the organs not made of bone into feminine ones (but not external ones), SRS builds new external ones, FFS cuts the skull so that the proportions are feminine,...
