...I've only had two classes though. sweatdrop *edits your GPA to be 3.14* scream I'm probably not going to be going to any cons other than Fanime soon. :< It's relatively near me and I'm probably going to just get a hotel room next year though. The only draw for me to go to cons is to buy stuff you can't find anywhere else (gachapon and figures heart ) and for meeting online friends. 4laugh
Then you could hang out with us again! But that costs money. emo With Fanime 09, I can save up for an entire year! (By the way, is it cheaper to wait for the 09 website to get set up for the hotel deals? Because I want to reserve a room in the Marriott ASAP for next year.) Just room with Bobo, she won't mind. But we don't know if she's going next year. crying And... I think I'll try to aim for the suite. Maybe I could convince my parents to foot half of the bill, if I convince them. Also the suite should have a fridge, which will keep the alcohol nice and cold. domokun I'll know by December whether I'm going or not next year. sweatdrop If I do go, I will try to drag my friend Melissa with me, so we might try to get a suite and ask if anyone's interested in sharing.

Stream: Yeah, I'm glad I'm doing better, too. It was getting to be really hard trying to focus during my research training and just not being able to think about anything but not being able to see him. My friends and family have all told me about the wake and funeral, so now I'm much more at peace. I still miss him like hell, though. I plan on visiting his grave in August, and I'll probably go crazy doing it. But I need to 'see' him one more time.

California cons update:
Me and Modsister are seriously considering now going to AX or Fanime. It will basically depend on how my summer will turn out next year. If I get accepted into the Harvey Mudd research program next summer that I missed out on this year, we'll probably be at AX. Otherwise, my money's on Fanime. It'll also depend on how we financially stand by next February/March xp I know it's far in the future, but once things become more concrete we'll start talking to you west coasters :] (Also, if I don't get into Mudd, I hope I have a program that starts after Memorial Day. I can arrange that easily, though, but just not applying to ones that don't! Take that, system!)

Skizzors Great Tattooist Oni Gosh, the idea of making NYCC '09 an AG meet up is fairly fantabulous, but I'm pretty sure that I'm still paying off SDCC '06 in credit card debt. sweatdrop .. eek I say we do it. East coast needs lovin' too. talk2hand

If people want to go to AB, Stream and I will likely be working the con (which means we'll be staying there), but we'll be in the Dealer's Room. Of course, even without a con, we'd still love to have AG visits.
