 Anise was a bit concerned at the unusually aggressive Electrike swarm. Usually pokemon had a reason to attack people, especially when people were in a large group. She hoped they'd get some clues soon, maybe when the got to Moterrossa.

Motterossa...finally! The group finally reaches Motterossa, a very quaint and highly rural town. There are only a few facilities - a pokemon center, a pokemart, and an inn called the Trotting Turtwig. Thankfully the inn DOES have running water and up to date facilities. There are also several cottages sprinkled about the town. Some villagers are seen, out and about working on their daily activities. The Eevees, however, do not seem to be within sight. Perhaps the electrike have scared them away? They are probably not too far though, perhaps in the forest. The villagers all reply (when asked) that the Eevee are still around so there's no worry. They may just be shy. You can't expect finding such an illusive pokemon like Eevee to be so easy! But perhaps you'd like to go reserve a room at the inn before anyone else, reservations will probably be tight later on when more and more people arrive. Or perhaps you'd like to stock up on supplies in the pokemart or get your pokemon rested up in the center. There's plenty to do besides searching for those Eevee.

 Rainier's previously smug looks in Bandit's direction were replaced by a sudden curiosity as his trainer was bitten by the strangely colored Electrike. He'd been too busy playing the 'angry' game with a rat to notice that his trainer had been under attack. Of course it wasn't as though he was about to get shocked from an angry Electrike just for her.
Wincing as Draumr shook his head and snorted, stomping at where the Electrike had been before it had been caught, Tabitha grimaced as she looked at her ruined stockings. "It doesn't look too deep, at least it doesn't feel like it is..." She trailed off, still miffed at the attack. She hadn't even tried to catch any of the pokemon!Click the picture for full size  "Let her at least wrap the wound for you. Who knows if it can get infected out here." Lumina insisted, waving towards the girl with the guaze.

(Meh... Nothing I can do about it now. /shrug I'll save 'em for later. Maybe the randomizer'll stop favoring 14 when the Eevee come around. ^-^) Ruchii let herself fall to the ground and again went to retrieve the pokeball, sighing at the multitude of failed attempts, and even lost berries. "Ah well... Must not've been destined for it this time.." mewrose "Oh, that's clever," Anise said as she rode along. "I mostly just put on a jacket if the weather's not too bad, or seek shelter if it gets worse. I'm a healer and spend a lot of time traveling in the wild, so I've more or less gotten used to whatever the weather can throw at me."

 Kacen pressed the release on his newly occupied pokeball and let the electrike out next to Gwend. She snarled softly and blinked at her new surroundings, then promptly sat and sulked.
Kacen watched her and sighed, holding his hand out to her. "You seem so unhappy. It won't be bad, I promise. Gwend's nice enough, and I'll take good care of you." He frowned. "How would you like a name, huh? Torrent, maybe?"
She perked up a little at that, and tilted her head cautiously at her new trainer. Gently she nosed the tips of his fingers, and then curled into a ball and looked out at the passing road.

Lauren folded up her umbrella and put it back in her pack. She smiled. Tapping Caecilla on the shoulder, she pointed to the inn. They best get their fast if they wanted to get a good room!

@Ori; The first person Math saw was in the same boat as him: completely Pokemonless... well, at least from these random swarms that seemed to be appearing one a day.
"Hey, looks like we both have no luck, huh? Well, if this keeps up, we'll be drowning in Pokemon this time tomorrow?" he laughed and inspected Jaxith's singed tush a bit to make sure it wasn't anything severe. He had suffered more at the big dog's Ember many times before.
"Ah, he'll be all right. Looks like it's time to keep going to Motterossa!"

"Well that certainly was exciting, wasn't it?" Milo leaned in close to her pokemon patting him on his head. "You did really good!" If she had any treats she would give him something for his effort. "Dra~" He purred as she pet him. They remained low over the groups taking it easy.

Rhia debated bringing up what she'd heard, then smiled slightly. At best, Lumina would think she was nuts, at worst... she'd think she was nuts. "Well, I am. Those people went through a lot of trouble to get him. I doubt it's the last we've heard of them, not to mention we still don't know why he was up there at all."
She checked on the unconscious man, now that she was thinking of him again. No change. Well, that wasn't too surprising, but she did want answers before they got to town. She guessed it would just have to wait. Instead, she turned on her camera and pulled up the images of the paw prints.
"I still can't figure out what animal made these tracks..." She showed Lumina the photo and then looked at Oyumi. "Maybe someone in town could tell us?"
Edit for town-reaching: Thankfully, town wasn't far off, but there... was no hospital. Oh crap.
"I guess the Pokemon center?" She suggestsed to Oyumi. "It might be our best bet."

 Motterossa at last! Urging her Onix forward, Corn ran through a mental checklist.
Book a room at the inn. Now.
Bathe at the inn, change your clothes.
Find someplace to get some lunch.
Restock on travel stuff, maybe buy some other supplies since being a trainer is apparently what you are going to do now.
Time to take care of priority one. Corn directed Onix to the inn, getting there among the first few trainers.

I'm going to stop by the center to make sure my Ratha hasn't strained anything, replace my blanket and other supplies, and then get a real bed to sleep in." Shina smiles at the thought of a roof over her head.

@Anyone: Finally they were in town! Anise let Sola loose just outside of town, promising to be back a little later, and started wandering through the town. She would rather camp out, so she didn't need a room at the inn, and she could heal her pokemon just as well at the Pokemon Center. She wandered into the pokemart to look around, with Felix trotting along beside her and Halcyon perched on her shoulder, nibbling her bandanna a little.

 Meeka stretched. Motterosa, AT LAST! She felt an itch in her stomach which meant she was glad to see civilization. Avella chirruped happily too. She didn't have to fly anymore. As she reached the inclines of the small, rural city, Avella dived and landed. Dirt rippled up due to her flapping wings and she stood straight to allow her trainer to get off.
Stretching, Meeka withdrew the Pidgeot. Terri, who was sitting upon the large bird, dropped to the floor immediately. Owwie. Momo just stared around. Where the HELL were they? Beckoning them, Meeka went to go get a room at the inn. Rin was wiggling in her M-Ball . . . she wanted to be let out. Meeka knew not to let her out now. She'd do it when she had a room . . . that sounds better.

 With a small shrug Carter retrieved his ball and remounted Owen. "Oh well, best to save it for the Eevee eh?" His mount snorted, "Why are you always in such a bad mood huh? We're finally here. You get a nice bath and something more than grass, show a little bit of enthusiasm why don't you." In answer the Tauros tossed his head and let out a soft whine.
"Well that's something I suppose!" Dismounting as the reached the pokemon center he patted the Taruos' neck fondly. "Alright, let's get you cleaned up and fed." Then he would check in. Moving to the stables he began bathing the weary pokemon, once again humming a quiet tune.
