Matsuya stayed rooted to the floor. "To Leaf. I have something I need to do there. All I can say is it will improve our relations with Konoha greatly. And it will eliminate a major threat. All in one swift motion."

Sana opened the door, and without hesitation, disappeared as the door opened. She couldn't be near him anymore, even if he was the Mizukage, she would have to see him sooner or later..she was a Hunter Ninja after all.

Luo sighed to himself looking down at the desk as he watched Sana leave. "Bitter hearts breed contempt," he thought to himself. He would fix this later. Looking at Matsuya, he shook his head. "Once again Matsuya, too vague. WHAT, are you going to do? If you can't answer this question clearly, then you cannot go." Scribbling a message on a small piece of paper, Luo tied it to one of the carrier hawks and shooed it out of his office through the window.

Matsuya sighed. "Im going to Leaf. Im going to do the Hokage a favor. I cant be anymore specific. I can tell you after its done with. I promise you I will." He really hoped Luo would believe him. He didnt want anyone else in the office to know exactly what he was going to do. He would leave Luo a note before he left, explaining in great detail what he was planning to do. Then, at least, Luo would know.

The being that had entered at the docks walked towards the Mizukage's tower, ignoring the guards. One of them caught up with him and grabbed him by the sleeve, trying to pull the man down to face height, but only succeeded in hoisting himself slightly off the ground. The man turned to look at the unfortunate guard and picked him up by the back of his uniform. "I have business with your Kage, kid. I don't like fighting. But it's only a fight if bith sides stand a chance in Hell of winning. Understand?"
The terrified guard nodded and was set down, where he proceeded to run back to the guard house, change his drawers, and lock himself in his room. the man continued towards the Mizukage's tower, arriving at the base in short order. He looked up at the tower, with the knowledge that the Mizukage was most likely on the top floor. He stepped back two paces and rushed at the building, his wooden sandals clacking against the exterior as his legs carried him up the side of the building, a feat apparently accomplished by sheer momentum and leg strength with no chakra whatsoever. He grasped the window pane of the top story and hopped up into the sill, knocking on the window. "Yo, kids! I got somethin' to talk to you about!"
Beneath his eternal mask, below his sightless eyes that saw better than any eyes that gazed upon daylight, Zattenai Sibadaki grinned from ear to ear.
He loved his job.

"Oho...it seems like you have a very very rude guest here," Drake stated as he pointed at the window. The previous Mizukage Zane would have killed him on the spot for a stunt like that, but Luo did things differently, so Drake stood and waited...wondering how he was to handle such a situation.

"I could go with him if it makes you feel better..." Blade stated to Luo. "I do have to train him though...he needs to achieve Stage 6 quickly, that and he needs to learn more of his other element..." Blade explained anylizing Matsuya's new training regime. "I'm definitly going to have fun with him," he chuckled sadistically.

2 ANBU along with LT appeared at the window with their Katanas pointed to the man at the window. LT had in his other hand a old vest, that looked brand new. It was a Mist ANBU vest that had a name written on the inside of the vest on the tag. He through the vest on the Mizukages desk and it landed with a thud. Only the Mizukage could read the name written on the tag in the vest, which read Zabuza Momochi.

A child with long blue hair and piercing dark eyes walked into the office with a girl around his age trailing behind him, he held a small book in his left hand that was unmarked and coverless. His attention seemed to be devoted entirely to the book and yet he still had full grasp of the situation around him though his other senses. The child cleared his throat as he pushed the door behind him closed as a draft had begun to enter the room simultaneously to his arrival, it was almost as if a chilled air either followed him or the girl as they walked.
"Well now, what is with the sudden spark of unfriendliness?" The boy began, his voice disinterested and dull as he spoke as if the current situation wasn't all to attention grabbing to him. He took a few steps and stopped in the center of the office before continuing with his sentance. "I fail to see why we are treating a visitor like an enemy. The man doesn't seem so threatening to me....Although. I should advise you two shinobi out there with the swords to drop them kindly for our little guest. I certainly think that that man could kill the two of you without trying, I mean just look at him." Toshiro sighed softly as he finished, he had never liked how some of the shinobi here had treated foreigners during his past and had been planning on doing something about their behavior although he had never gotten around to it due to his shear busy behavior.
The girl had followed Toshiro's lead and now stood completely silent beside him, her eyes nervously darting from person to person as Toshiro had yet to explain whom everyone was to her. She leaned over slightly and tugged on Toshiro's sleeve to draw his attention, whispering something in his ear before she turned and exited the office as silently as she had came, taking a seat outside to wait in the quiet. It was obvious to all within the room that she hated large groups in enclosed spaces.
(This is a half awake, falling asleep on my keyboard-post. So I apologize if it is a bit confusing to some. My writing skills are failing me at the moment... Anywho... Night.)

With a light grumble, Luo waved his hand in admittance of Matsuya's request. "I want a full report on your mission upon your return Matsuya." As Luo finished his sentence, he heard a certainly boisterous individual behind him on his window sill. If the man had looked or payed attention closely, Luo had not dismissed the ten ANBU whom he had called their that morning to guard the scrolls in the room. It was the reason why Luo calmly stood and turned, five shadows stepping forward around him, and two more appearing next to LT on each side. His eyebrow raising, Luo sighed. "And what exactly gave you the idea of knocking on my window instead of my door?" Luo spoke while he and the men around him stared at the man in the window, awaiting an answer. If the man was seeking something, he'd certainly gone the wrong route to make a good first impression. But Luo's eyes could very well tell the man was not one to be taken seriously. As Toshiro spoke, Luo neither made a face, sighed, or spoke on his comments. But Luo agreed and knew what he meant. He then decided to speak to Toshiro with a short response as he gazed at the peculiar man. "The mist gates were just opened this morning Toshiro. We've had three attacks in the course of two weeks. I think you can tell why we're a bit apprehensive towards visitors at this time Toshiro."

Zattenai shrugged, an impressive maneuver from one of his physique. "I dunno, I just don't do doors. I can get a window open without even trying, but if it's a door I tend to break it off its hinges. Accidentally, o' course. And tell the two meat-heads pointing swords at me that if they don't lower 'em I'll bend them into a pretzel around their necks, and then do the same with their spines. I don't have any truck with threats." He drew back a hand and poked a single finger at the glass. When he withdrew it a small disc wobbled on the floor, and there was a perfectly circular hole in the window pane. "I makes 'em so much better, ya see. Now, you gonna let me in? I've got an offer from yer enemies that might come as a bit of a shock."

Matsuya looked at the vest on the desk. He remembered it. Almost a year ago he had seen the same vest, on his idol. "LT..... where did you get that?"

With out moving a centimeter, and with his sword still pointed at the "Guest" LT answered not looking at Matsuya. "Are you surprised, Matsuya? Zabuza was Mist ANBU, so am i. When he left the mist, he left this as well. Its been in the ANBU's possession ever since. I would let you have it, but... your not ANBU... and you still have a little growing to do. Ill talk to Luo about it." The other ANbU were just as still as LT, it seemed like they were statues with no need to breathe. LT thought to himself as he often did, that he really hated people with big egos, why cant every one be nice for once. And use the damn door like every one else. That reminded him that he needed to put in a new work order for the window this "guest" just put a hole in.

Matsuya grimaced. "And? I am one of our seven, am I not? Are we not the elite? The best of the best? Im a chunin now, I havent gotten a vest yet. All I have is this old thing." He pulled on the weighted vest around his torso, the same one he had gotten from Zane all those monthes ago. Back then he had just started his training. "Even if it's an ANBU jacket, you know what Ill say. It's mine by right. I was there when they died, I was there when Zane moved the bodies, I was always there!" His temper had ignited again. It was unfortunate that all the Kiri shinobi in this room knew how to settle him down.

Drake approached the man as he walked slugishly thanks to the heavy medicine pack on his back. Smiling sincerely he tilted his head and looked at the man curiously. "You know...it's not very wise to threaten these guys...they seem pretty strong...I mean just look," Drake pointed to the rest of the group. "You've got the Mizukage, the Anbu Commander, 2 Mist 7 Swordsmen, and a peculiar fellow that controls dragons," Drake stated as he laughed embarassingly. "Me though...I'm just a peddler...but I don't know...you're being awfully rude. Maybe if you're just a bit nicer...maybe," Drake pointed out trying to calm the situation out. He needed to play his roll well if he were to do this, for not everyone in the room knows of his true identity.
