Hey guys, what do you think about having a "Locker Room" for each team? It would kind of be like a Common Room but, it wouldn't matter what House you are in, only what Team your on. I think it would get us all to r-p a little more with each other and get to know everyone we don't already know. So, what do you guys think?

I'm against making more threads than needed. I think the Stands could be used as a locker room too since it's the main thread for the event. Besides activity isn't high enough to have two more threads.

Oh no! I don't want you to think I'm telling you NOT to have ideas. Ideas are welcomed. I just wanted you to know why that particular idea wouldn't be much help

Okay so, I'm thinking about the FAQ and it accorded to me that we need to let everyone know if they can or cannot use the web to get there answer.
Personally, I could go either way but, if it's suppose to hard then DC then you probably shouldn't be able to use something like Lexicon. However, if the questions are going to be that hard (or at least harder then usual) they they may need to use the web.
What do you guys think?
I definitely think this needs to go in the FAQ, either way.

I'm doing up my own riddles, so they can TRY and cheat, but it might not help them.
Also, beater's thread is complete, as promised.
Just let me know when to put up the first series of riddles.
Also, is there going to be a thread for seekers?

Sounds good. Did you have a particular time in mind or no? (I know we can't all be on at the same time but, did you want to try to post them around the same time?)
Also, can we have a picture to put in the World Cup Scoreboard, without any people in it (like the Term Cups)? Kind of just a picture of what the Cup will look like and maybe something written over the top saying "2010 Quidditch World Cup" or something to that effect. I think it would go well in that post and it could give everyone a look at what they could win. Unless, you are looking for a new kind of Cup and you want it to be a surprise for the End of the Event.
And, last but, not least, I would like to know about how many questions/riddles you were thinking of asking for each Series? I just want to know if we are doing one big one or 5 or 10, can you give me an estimate on what ya'll were thinking of. I personally had about 5 questions or maybe even 10 but, as I'm reading everyone's Rules and some of the questions being asked, I'm wondering myself. So, could you either answer me here or send me a quick pm if you don't want everyone to know.
Jun: I think you should create a thread but, that's just my two cents.
Icee and Jun: What do you think about what I asked in my other post?
Also, James is asking whether we should be posting in our House color or can we use our team colors?
Lyra, is asking, "How long do we have for each set of questions/trivia?
It sounds like it's either one week or until the end of the week (not sure), but what if you post questions twice that week?"

I think we should all agree on a time! that would be perfect. I could post mine as early as 5pm EST or as late as whenever =)
I can't say for the rest of you, but what I'm gonna do for my questions is post a series of 3-5 questions (since it's simple trivia) twice a week. That would give a lot of points for grabs, ya know?
I plan on posting questions (if we start Saturday) as follows:
Sat.
Thurs.
Mon.
Thurs.
Mon.
Thurs. (A total of 25 questions worth 250 points).
When are we ending this actually?? In August? If so, the weeks in August I'll probably do some super hard questions and whatnot. Plenty of time to think of that.

Must post in House colors definitely (the teams will be listed in the Stands, so we know who goes where).
World Cup: Hadn't thought about it...love the idea! Maybe when the Stands gets officially set up (on my To-do list for tomorrow) if someone makes a Cup I can save a spot for it!
We also need to think other prizes....ideas?
Other post: I'm not letting them use the internet because I don't have all the books with me, and the questions aren't going to be hellacious hard. But I think that's up to you. I might even specify for the rounds in August (maybe short answer) they can use the Internet.
We do need to set up a FAQ...to do list for tomorrow =/
For the length of the questions: They're going to be able to answer each set until the new set is posted. So For Monday's clues they have until Thursday. For Thurs. they have until Mon.

Okay, so around 5pm EST is good for me. I can post my question around then.
I think if I'm going to make the question super hard I'll let them for that Series. Other then that, I'm going to say not net. Thanks for all of you opinions!
5 Questions is fine with me. I just was curious how many everyone was going to do. And Icee, I think I will be following your posting scheme too. I like having a schedule so I don't forget.
I thought this would last all Summer Term long. If that's still true, then whenever that Summer Term would end (Event wise) is when I would close it. Unless the activity is terribly low. Then we may have to tweak a few things.
House Colors is what I thought, but, I wanted to ask.
Okay, let me know what you guys find. If I find something I'll post it or PM it. I already put my 2 cents in about prizes.

Jun: If you going to make a thread just copy one of ours and change a few words here and there. If not, like Icee said we could use the Stands. I just think it would look a little weird for every other Position to have a thread and not the Seekers, in my opinion.

So, are we staring Sunday morning now?
I have my questions ready for the first Series. I just need to know when we are going to post them. I realize everyone is on at different times on different days but, if we don't start soon, I fear we never will. sweatdrop
So, Icee, do you still want to post our questions around 5 tonight or do ya'll want to wait for Angil. Either is fine with me, I just need to know, like I said. (Sorry if that came off a bit rude, I didn't mean it to.)
