With the slight force of the boy's hand the child found herself back on the ground. It was probably best, granted, she did still want to get working on the taijutsu again. As the boy checked her wound the girl noticed slight twinges of pain with each press of his fingers. "It only hurts a little bit." However, this statement losts it validity when he found the center of the bruise. With the slightly push on bruise she felt her muscles tighten and she let out a small hiss in pain. She wasn't one to whine or cry when she was beat up, but damn did that hurt.

Treat Injury: +10
Rhaim watched as the smaller girl winced in pain with each one of presses, most noteably when he pushed in on the area he believed that his fist had actually made contact. Since he was not a medical specialist the most he could gain from that assesment was that the girl was in fact hurt and that she could still feel pain. Since this knowledge was of very little comfort to him he decided that the best he could do for the time being was to talk to the girl and hopefully convince her not to tell this to his sisters. There was no telling what sort of punishment they would devise for him beating up a girl that was younger and smaller. In the same breath they'd also punish him for losing against the Uchiha earlier.
Completely sitting down he ran his right hand through his hair, "Sorry about that. I got a bit carried away. On the plus side you did really well."

As the Nara sat Tenma took an opportunity to sit up without being forced back down. There was a rush of blood to her head which caused her to feel slightly dizzy, but otherwise she felt perfectly alright. Given the circumstances. With gentle fingers she prodded the general area of her kidney, this would have been a bruise to show off to her grandfather. Her attention was brought to the boy when he began apologizing about what had happened. With a gentle laugh she looked over at him with a smile. "It is training for a reason. I had to learn what it is like to face a stronger opponent and that simply happened to be you." Her voice was genuine, though slightly weak, and content. "Not to mention, this couldn't have occured in a better setting; not only did we have sensei's around that could help, but your knowledge also assisted greatly. Now, if you do not mind too much, I would like to continue our training after I have rested."

Blood. Too much blood. Even though she couldn't see any of it, she was well aware of the fact that she could overwhelm the students and drink more than her fill without breaking a sweat. As it was, she was sweating. She pulled her shuriken from the tree and stepped to the edge of the clearing, turning her back on the students. She had to be here for school. But it was so hard... It wasn't fair... It wasn't fair that it was like this. It wasn't fair that she was like this...

Rhaim nodded his head a bit as the girl mentioned that she wanted to continue the training after she had rested up. Now he really felt like a jerk, if he had known that she would want to continue training he wouldn't have attacked her like had until later on. He wasn't quite sure what he had done for the girl other than give her drugs that he got from Conan and a candy he had gotten from his mother and several pokes to a bruised area of her body. In a sad attempt to continue to lighten the mood as the nameless girl had, "Yeah just give me some advance notice to leave the village if you're going to tell your parents that I beat you up. I'd rather not have your mo-... dad hunting me around."
The Nara had almost referenced her mother out of habit of knowing that if he or his sisters got hurt the only parent that might even roll out of bed would be his mother. Though he knew his dad cared about the family, he knew that he cared about not getting involved with them even more. Which happened to be the exact opposite mindset of Rhaim grandfather.

A gentle giggle could be heard as she covered her mouth. What could she do, the idea of Rhiam getting attacked by a parent was kind of funny. "Actually," she started, though she wasn't sure if this was the right time to tell him she had to keep the conversation going, "My parents are dead." As she finished her sentence she realized something, most people freaked out after hearing such things. In an attempt to cover for herself she again started quickly, "But it is alright, I never actually knew them. I just know of their existance." Tenma bit her lip as she realized what a fool she made of herself. As part of a nervous habit the girl grabbed a lock of hair and looped it behind her ear.

Rhaim was glad that he had gotten the small girl to laugh since that would mean that she was both feeling better and not completely angry at him. However that was soon brought to a grinding halt as the girl then revealed that her parents were dead. Not only had he beaten this poor girl senseless but he had added insult to injury by bringing up her dead parents. The young Nara boy buried his face in his hands having no ability to do anything else. The attempt by the girl to make him not feel as bad, which was obvious, worked only slightly. With a sigh he removed his hands and looked at the girl with rather sorrowful squinting eyes. He made several tries to open his mouth before finally stumbling some words out, "Well then don't tell your grandparents. If yours are anything like mine then I should probably be running for the hills right now."

In an attempt not to completely wreck the boy Tenma decided to leave out the fact that she didn't know whether her grandparents were alive or dead. Looking up at him she smiled and nodded, "Your secret is safe with me." She prayed to any diety that may be out there that this little comment helped. Her smile, though it was small, was genuine and pure. Not to mention pretty adorable. In an attempt to keep up conversation she decided to flip the subject. "So, what is your family like?"

Rhaim probably would have asked the girl if he had something amusing on his face if he had seen her smile. However since he lowered his head at her assurance that she would not provoke the wrath of her family on him. Her questioning of what his family was like sort of caught the boy off guard and thus he spent several seconds staring at the grass in front of him before deciding on an appropriate answer. With a couple of blinks and his right hand scratching the back of his head, "Female. Between my mom and seven sisters, my dad and I have never stood a chance. They're all nice enough. Though they would do unspeakable horrors to me if they found out I beat you up. I don't know how I'm going to avoid telling them about you."
The boy would have smiled if it were in his nature to do so in normal conversation however he didn't realise that it was such, otherwise he would have tried to inquire about her as well. Once again his social inabilities were proving to be a hinderance.

Apparently this boy was just as socially inept as she was, which was definitely something she could appreciate. In an attempt to make him feel more comfortable she looked up at him, even though they were both sitting she still had to look up, and gave him one of the cutest smiles she could muster. He seemed nice enough, though slightly uncomfortable in his surroundings. With a slight shuffle she changed her sitting position and decided she needed to keep the conversation going. "I see, my family isn't that female dominated, but it was still two to one. Granted, my Grandfather is the undisputed head of our house. But otherwise I have no siblings or other family. It must be nice not being alone all of the time, even if they do tend to pick on you."

Rhaim actually noticed the smile this time around and couldn't help but wonder if he had caused some serious brain damage to the girl for her to be smiling at him like that. The fact that she was still speaking to him was not lost on the boy as he finally realised that they were in fact having a conversation as two friends might do. Though he did have an acceptable amount of other friends, Rhaim was still suprised any time someone new acted in such a manner towards him. The young Nara boy shook his head slightly, "But at least you get time to yourself. All I ever dream of is the ability to nap in the middle of the day without anyone bothering me."
He stared off into the distance daydreaming about the very thing that he had just been explaining. Barely remembering that he was not alone, "Er... if you ever need someone to hang out with my younger sisters would probably love you. Plus that would get them off my back."

The girl rubbed the back of her head slightly at Rhiam's last comment. Did he not want her around? In an attempt not to kill the conversation so decided to say something. "Um...yeah, that would be great." She knew there was a hint of hesitance in her voice, but she really didn't like hanging out with other girls. She wasn't sure why, but Tenma seemed to like hanging out with guys more. With a slight bite of her lip she pondered on whether or not she had just killed the conversation.

Rhaim hadn't considered how what he had said would possibly be misunderstood and so he was not entirely reseptive to the changed tone in the small girls voice when she responded. He only thought that perhaps he had finally had a good idea for the first time all morning. And what a long morning it seemed to be. The young Nara boy realized for the first time that the smaller girl actually seemed to be just as unsure and nervous as he was. This was odd to him since he was under the impression from their sparring that she was much more direct and certain. Laying back flat on the grass with his arms outspread, "So how long have you been in the village? Sorry if I'm prying, I just don't ever remember seeing you around. Then again I don't remember seeing alot of things that I see."

As the boy laid down she couldn't help but smile, he was so relaxed in his environment; it was a quailty Tenma could admire. Looking up she noted how fluffy the clouds looked, back home there were cusually clouds filled with rain. The breeze lightly lifted her hair behind her as it crossed the clearing. Noting that she had taken it down during their spar she took out her ribbon and pulled it up into it's typical tangled mess. Her eyes travelled over to Rhiam, shining slightly with the morning sun, when he asked her how long she had been there. "Actually," she began with most of the hesitation void from her voice, "I have only been in the village a few days."

Rhaim watched silently as the girl put her hair back up and was inwardly glad that he didn't have a lot of loose hair to bother him or get in his way. Though the ordeal that his sisters made everytime they demanded to style his hair ws fairly unbearable, it was definately better than having to put up with hair getting in the way of his vision. The girl seemed to him to be getting more relaxed which was a good thing since it would mean that she would be ready to fight some more soon. Hopefully this time she wouldn't ask him to hit her again. The young Nara boy closed his eyes as the smaller girl answered his question without any attempts at dodging it, "Oh alright. So where are you staying at? Not that I need to know or anything like that."
