Mostly the teacher himself. It's like.. backlash.
He has this thing where he likes to compare us to seeds.. and we're meant to aspire to grow into sunflowers that follow the light, rather than mushrooms which just hide in the dark.
I am sticking comfortably with the philosophy that mushrooms can survive even when that guiding light is gone, instead of wilting like silly pathetic flowers. I am a ******** mushroom.
