"None of the above," Star growled, running one leather gloved hand through her hair, before redoing the buttons on her exorcist's jacket, once again hiding the pentacle from view.
She took a few deep breaths, trying to regain her normal composure and calm her anger, before fixing her gaze on Sil, "Long story short; I was cleaning my staff earlier when I noticed a crack in its blade-maybe it happened on my last mission, or maybe it happened a while ago and I didn't notice, I don't know, but it looked pretty bad.
"I took it down to the science department so that idiot you so graciously call Komui could look at it. Someone asked me how I was settling in, I mentioned a resent lack of a good night's sleep, shrugged it off as a wound acting up and the next thing I know I'm unarmed and that-that-thing is after me.
"Now, you wouldn't happen to know a way I could get my weapon back without having to deal with that psychopath, would you? I rather like living, and I have a funny feeling that that thing will be the death of me if I face it unarmed."
