Skizzors dude dude dude iron maaaan ftw heart no s**t? i cried at the ending. GOOD TEARS. tears of awesome. i don't think manly tears because that strikes me as somewhat illogical seeing as i am a teenage girl, but. close enough. Glad you enjoyed it too, Skizz. Animewise, you might want to check out Aquarion. Luna and I are currently netflixing it and the first disc was great.

Luff. Bzuh? question Spider - Katrina + Kylie = win ..but you have a tattoo! gonk Err.. if you don't mind me asking, what happened with Katrina? I have four tattoos. The one you're referring to is a personal reinterpretation of Boticelli's painting The Birth of Venus motivated by a desire to portray the classic goddess interpreted from a more contemporary perspective meant to celebrate femininity and empowered female sexuality. She has a tattoo inspired by the first tattoo I ever designed (for a close personal friend and inspiration). That's the "official story," and I like mine better than Katrina's suggestion; "Just tell [your next girlfriend] that your evil b***h of an ex-girlfriend said she'd marry you and made you get it. She'll understand." What happened between us? We grew apart. She stopped believing in all her dreams, let her life get swallowed up by a shitty job, and stopped returning my phone calls. She started seeing someone else, I became suicidally depressed, shaved my head, pierced my ears, and asked out the fabulous young woman (two years my senior) I'd been nursing a secret crush on for most of this calendar year. So just the usual relationship drama, nothing terribly exciting.

LunaInverse I've always felt that we have the capacity for many loves. And each one is different, but no less wonderful. So if you're happy, then that's awesome! I've been tempted to make a Pepper mule ever since I saw that damn movie... xd Well. It seems to me like every relationship you're in will- in retrospect- always serve some kind of overriding purpose in the grand narrative of your life. It isn't to say that you should or do exploit the relationship to further whatever personal agenda you have in life, but rather that each relationship will teach you some greater truth or fundamentally change you in some way. I know that whatever happens, I'll remain teeth grindingly bitter at God (whom I have come to see not as some kind of objective being, but rather an ontological ashtray for my anger and frustration at the vicissitudes of the universe) for the fact that of the two relationships that will come to define my transition into adulthood, the one that propelled me into previously unimaginable heights of personal responsibility, self esteem, creativity, self determination, and spiritual fulfillment only found us physically together in an intimate relationship for three days while the one that cryogenically froze me into a state of arrested development on the wrong side of adulthood found us under those circumstances for the majority of it. What I mean to say is that the girl who deserved my love and taught me how to spin it into something bigger never got to feel it first hand when she needed/wanted it.

I've been searching and searching, and when I finally get driven to search online, it's out of stock, and not even listed on Viz's website. I have no idea what's going on, but I wants my DVDs!!!!! crying

So, I wonder why some people think I (and my fellow mods from the fansite), are idiots.
A little background.
I joined the Crispin Freeman fansite back in 2004, and became a moderator in 2005. Sometime around 2006, a ton of Yahoo groups (including the fansite) went missing for about 2 weeks (we're not sure what happened). We took temporary refuge in another Yahoo group we had set up for mythology and anime discussion. Finally we decided to make a new fansite that we had compete control over (the original fansite was created by fans who vanished into thin air), and that is where we are now.
Now, we had some people who had already been banned from the old fansite. And we decided that the bans from the old site were still in effect.
Now, we can't ban anyone unless they're actual members, so we hoped the banned people wouldn't try to come back. One did, and we caught them and banned them again.
Now, the current issue. This moron who, in spite of one of the fansite rules being "No political discussion", made a post making fun of the John Kerry's daughters (this was before we made all posts have to be mod approved). The post was deleted and the guy was warned. he came back, saying we were all a bunch of Bush haters and if he had made fun of the Bush twins we would have let it stand (for the record, it would have been deleted, too). He got very rude with us, and finally we banned him.
So this idiot joins the new group, and makes a post asking for comments about how lovely Jenna Bush's wedding dress was. rolleyes
I've got no issue with Jenna Bush. She's not responsible for her father's decisions. But with this being an election year, we definitely don't want another flame war on the fansite.
Fortunately, the posts are all moderated now, so I am the lucky one who catches it, and not only does he use the same name (but new email address), but he also makes a snarky comment referencing the last incident. That's what really tipped me off, since I rarely look at the names. I just read posts to make sure they're appropriate.
So...I banned him again... xd
I'm waiting for the angry email from him.

I keep getting notified that my account is getting blocked for failed logins. And I haven't been failing to log in...
