Alright, so I've got a question.
Party A says: I throw a fireball at your from across the arena. Party B replies: Because I'm so fast, I cross the distance and hit you before you've even moved your hand halfway.
=/ It may not be teleporting, but I'm pretty sure we're at the "When fast is too fast" limit here.

Man, there's over a hundred posts in my battle with Kawaii.
If this continues, Genshin may end up destroying the arena thus disqualifying him. gonk And he's trying his damnness to not do that.

The speed limit has been indicated as "Blurred." Leaving after images is bad. This, for one, is Jello's ruling, and meh, it works.

I'd call that one. Tell him "no". The reasoning behind it being simple reaction time. "I do a series of things so fast that you don't have the time to do one simple one." Regardless of how it may have looked visually (and it WOULD have looked like "blink, he's there" for a movement like that), his statement on YOUR reaction time to THAT degree makes it wrong. themightyjello I think this one sounds best when spoken in highly accented Spanish. No.

Notice
Deity is due for a post. Humbra is due for a post. I hate doing time-outs... but *snaps fingers* let's keep these things moving, people. It should never take you four days to get on and spend fifteen minutes writing a post.

Deity and Jans don't have a time limit. They've both told it to me. Deity said he'd post sometime later today and Jans told me to my face that Deity can take as long as he likes.

It's helpful if we... y'know... note those things in the thread.
I've been putting it in the first post whenever people bother to TELL ME ABOUT IT. xp

...'sides, Deity's typing, he's typing... D= ...but before he can post, he needs t'know if Malazar's robot suit has a robot head, or if he's all shoulders'n'canons... > >;;

I don't remember everything. It's why we make notes.
Especially in this tournament with... what? 400 participants?

Considering Commerce, the big bracket, is still on round 1. stare
