Life Altering/Major Decisions:
xxxLife Mating: This Must be discussed between Each owner because of the dual persona of the Soquili.

xxxBreaking Ownership: Orangish Sherbert cannot Break the Co-Ownership agreement. Strait Jacket Girl can break the Agreement in the case that Orangeish Sherbert is mia for 6 monthes without warning.
xxxRelinquishing Rights: Both Owners have the right to give up their half of the ownership giving the other owner full rights.

Teepee Rights:
Both Owners will have rights to post the Soquili in their teepee.
ShtrDrNGry will roll stats.

Breeding Rights:
First breeding: Laroawan's breeding. This will not count toward ShtrDrNgry's breeding count.
Second breeding: ShtrDrNGry's breeding. This will not count toward Laroawan's breeding count.
Third breeding: Will be shared between both owners and will count towards both of their breeding counts unless one owner chooses to give up their rights to the breeding.

Role Play Rights:
ShtrDrNGry will have sole IC RP rights and can decide on whatever plots she wishes, with the exception of any life altering decisions outlined bellow.
Both owners have OOC RP rights.

Signature Rights:
Both Owners have full sig rights.

Life Altering/Major Decisions:
Life Mating: This must be agreed upon between both owners if it happens before the first breeding. After the first breeding ShtrDrNGry can choose a lifemate as long as Laroawan is informed of the choice.
Skinwalkering: ShtrDrNGry may decide at any point after the first breeding to skinwalker the Soquili as long as Laroawan is informed. Laroawan cannot skinwalker the Soquili.

Breaking Co-Ownership: Laroawan can break the agreement in the case that ShtrDrNGry is mia for 6 monthes without warning.
Relinquishing Rights: Both Owners have the right to give up their half of the ownership giving the other owner full rights.

xxxVasilissa already has a detailed personality & backstory, I ask that that be taken into consideration when RPing her. Changes may be made, but not ones that would drastically change her.

Life Altering/Major Decisions:
xxxLife Mating: As Lissa already has talks of mateship I ask that Cyranos not approach other soquilli owners in regards to breeding/life mating Lissa to a soquilli other than her future mate.
xxxSkinwalkering: This can't happen. It would involve drastically changing her personality.
xxxMajor Injuries: May occur should a RP decree it.
xxxBreaking Ownership: Cyranospixie cannot Break the Co-Ownership agreement. LOLTERNATIVE can break the agreement for whatever reason she deems necessary. Agreement will also be broken should she hear no word from Cyranospixie for 3 months without warning.
xxxRelinquishing Rights: Both Owners have the right to give up their half of the ownership giving the other owner full rights.

Co-ownership agreement between -[The Spoof]- and Nyx Queen of Darkness:

RP -
Split equally, both owners must agree on major plots/life altering decisions.
Nyx has sole rights to OOC/thread rp rights.
Both owners have teepee, sig, any sort of display rights.

Breeding -
Each owner gets one breeding to themselves and the 3rd will be shared, in no particular order.
Major decisions (lifemating and the like) will be discussed between the two.

Everything Else -
Anything else not covered here can be discussed privately between myself and Nyx.


*If Nyx is absent from all of Gaia (doesn't log on) for 6 months, ownership will revert to Spoof, and vice versa with the option of renewing co-ownership when either logs in again...after some discussion probably.

I, Yuuka Kurokawa, am taking back full ownership of Amethyst from Marzipanz. This has already been discussed with her and she agrees.

I am giving full ownership of Hojo and Granuli to Haunter Vivaldi, who I believe is joining at the moment, lol.

No stipulations on return, I am gone from Gaia.

I, Amirynth, give co-ownership of Yori to SillyAngelKitty. She has sig-rights and partial RP privileges (full OOC RP rights) For stats, Yori will reside in her teepee when she creates it. Breeding will work like open permission where we do not have to ask each other's permission to enter Yori into a breeding raffle. Whoever enters Yori into the raffle will be the one receiving the baskets from that raffle if they win and will count towards their allotment for the month.

One breeding will belong to SillyAngelKitty while the other two will be mine, the exception is if she finds a lifemate though RP. At which time the breeding agreement will be revised.

I, Exaleen2, give co-ownership of Axella to Thaliawen.

RP:
Thaliawen has full RP rights to Axella
Both owners have full rights to teepee, sig, or any kind of display rights.

Breeding:
Thaliawen will recieve a basket the first breeding
Exaleen2 recieves a basket the second breeding
If a third breeding occurs, both owners will discuss who gets the basket.

Lifemating/Flings will be discussed between me and Thaliawen before any breedings occur.

If Thal is absent from Gaia for over 6 months, all ownership will be reverted to me, Exaleen2.
