Kasumi growled as she snorted, the burst of wind like a sudden gust of tropical storm force wind for a half second. "If he survived, he will not be in good condition... if he shows up again... I will eat him," she said in a deep, rumbling voice.

Merrick exhaled, shrugging one shoulder as a slight chuckle escaped him as Constance spoke softly. He noticed Rosalyn's look towards him. "Do I have something on my face?" he deadpanned, saying nothing of his natural armor and the fact that his deeply tanned skin was currently a dark shade of navy blue.
Lorcan sighed as he sat down next to Cassandra. "Hopefully it'll quiet down a little," he muttered.

Jin blinked, snorting a slight laugh as he heard the toddler's voice.
Kyos tilted his head slightly. "Seems there are threats not of this world as well as of this world," he muttered under his breath. Betsy cocked her head. "As long as it isn't an inconvenience," she said quietly with a slight smile, looking slightly troubled. "It is disturbing that someone would be able to do that in the street and nobody does anything," she said quietly.

Sren-Ko giggled as Constance hugged the 'Smurf'. "Do you Lady Smurf?" he said to her innocently.

"Then he had better be smart and stay very far away," Carolyn muttered as she shook her head. She clenched her fists as she turned back to Kasumi. "Let's go back to the house and check on them then."~~~~ Rosalyn shook her head. "I am sorry. I am just not used to seeing you like that is all." She looked down at the little boy, head tiled slightly. Constance pulled away slightly from Merrick to look back at Sren-Ko. "Do I what?" It was amazing how well his sentences were coming at. She didn't feel silly at all talking normally to the child. Cassandra looked over at Lorcan and nodded as she placed her hand on top of Lorcan's. "I hope so. We could definitely use some R and R."~~~~~~ "No, none at all," Amelia said with a shake of her head. "It is really us who should be apologizing. You have been pulled into our little issue now..."

Kasumi exhaled, reining in her temper as her form dissolved into a swirling maelstrom of crimson energy as she reverted to her human form, though her nine crimson-orange tails with the alternating gold and black tips were lashing behind her. "He'd better hope he does not return, since I'm not in the mood to deal with stupidity," she said softly.

Merrick cocked an eyebrow slightly upward at Rosalyn's words. "I forgot you hadn't seen me in my demonic state, which I strongly suspect I inherited from my father," he said in a low voice.
Lorcan smiled slightly, amused. "What's wrong, honey, didn't get enough already?" he said with a teasing smile that had a very naughty edge to it.

Jin smirked slightly.
Kyos exhaled as he half turned, flicking his fingers as the glass from the shattered window regenerated in a shuddering pulse of air. Betsy shrugged slightly. "Meh, can't be any different from pro-mutant terrorists who think they're 'subtle'," she deadpanned, smiling faintly.

Sren-Ko tilted his head, pointing towards Merrick. "Smurf... Lady Smurf?" he said, giggling as he looked towards Constance.

"None of us are," Carolyn said with a shake of her head. "Now come on. Let's get back to the house and check on the others."~~~~~ "No I have not. It is quite...amazing really." Rosalyn said with a nod of her head. She laughed softly at Sren-Ko's words. Constance's lips twitched as she tried not to laugh. "Only sometimes." She replied with a laugh. She had wrapped her arm around Merrick's waist as if reassuring herself that they were standing there together. Cassandra laughed softly as she nudged Lorcan. "You know very well we get very little rest," she murmured back to him so the others couldn't hear her. ~~~~~~~ "Then how about we pack you some clothes? You dont need much. Whatever you don't end up bringing...we will get you more." Amelia said with a nod.

Kasumi nodded slightly, smiling faintly as she turned to look at Carolyn, her face softening. "Check on 'the others' or check on 'each other'?" she teased, amused.

Merrick shrugged one shoulder; he remembered overhearing that the black streaks in his silvery white hair was from his father's side of the family as he exhaled slowly, transparent indigo flames flickering over his body as he slowly reverted to his usual human appearance.
Lorcan smirked slightly, nudging Cassandra back. "What's rest?" he murmured with a deadpan tone with a teasing edge to it.

Kyos had vaulted out of the window and landed lightly behind Carolyn with very little sound. He noticed the crimson haired woman's lips twitching as if she were fighting back laughter. "They are all right," he deadpanned, amused as Carolyn jumped in surprise. Betsy cocked her head. "I'm pretty sure they're already packed next to the bed frame," she said with amusement.

Carolyn smiled as she gently touched Kasumi's face. "Both," she said softly. She wrapped her arms around her lover's waist. "Let's get out of here." She had jumped when Kyos appeared next to them and spoke. ~~~~~
"I think I want to go lay down," Constance murmured softly. And indeed she did. She was exhausted. Powers being stripped so quick and then having them come back. Cassandra laughed softly as she looked at Lorcan through a veil of hair. "Something neither of us is going to get apparently," she grinned widely at him. Rosalyn had gone and sat back down at the table. Everything had calmed down, and there was little tension in the room. ~~~~~~ Amelia nodded as the stuff by the bed disappeared. "These will be ready for you at the house." She looked around the place. She felt bad that this young woman had to leave her home after just arriving.

Kasumi snickered at Carolyn's reaction, amused. "Jumpy, honey?" she teased.

Merrick sighed as he shifted his weight, lifting Constance into his arms before he flickered out of sight. He gently laid Constance on their bed; he knew she'd notice that he changed the sheets before doing so, however.
Lorcan nudged Cassandra playfully. "Never heard you complaining before," he said with amusement.

Kyos nodded slightly before he focused, vanishing without a sound and materializing just behind Amelia. He was amused that she had been about to sit down for a moment... and sat directly in his lap. "I didn't know it was Christmas," he teased Amelia. Betsy chuckled. "It's nothing new to me; in New York, it was either constantly training, dealing with pro-mutant idiots who thought they were so special... or cleaning up after various disasters. I can't tell you how many times we had to rebuild the mansion in Westchester... so this isn't too bad, though I've never seen mutant powers similar to yours," she said thoughtfully.

Carolyn smirked slightly and shook her head. "You are surprised? After everything that has happened in these few short days? I wouldn't be surprised if we are all a little jumpy for a while."~~~~~~ Constance wasn't at all surprised when she and Merrick were back in their room. As he lay her in bed she gave a soft sigh and snuggled into the covers. She could smell the fresh sheets. She looked up at Merrick with a loving smile. "Come lay down with me, Merrick. I just want you to hold me and I want to hold you."~~~~~~~ Amelia was taken slightly by surprise when she sat down and found herself in Kyos' lap. She looked over her shoulder at him and grinned. "Honey, I can make it Christmas all year round for you." She kissed him lightly before turning to look at Betsy. Her head was tilted to the side slightly. "We...aren't mutants per say." She said slowly. The woman was going to be staying with them for a while so she deserved to know who she was staying with. "I, along with the woman who just healed our young friend...are witches. Constance is part witch and part demon as is her mate, Merrick. The others at the house you will meet are Merida, Carolyn and Lorcan. All witches. Kasumi and Naruto are Kitsune." She looked over at Kyos as if asking if it were okay if she told Betsy what he was. ~~~~~ Cassandra laughed softly. "Why would I complain? I have the best man in the world." She leaned over and kissed him. Rosalyn looked down at Sren-Ko with a smile. Her gaze went back to Jin. "I think this little one is ready for a nap. He has a full belly."

Kasumi shrugged. "s**t happens. I just prefer it happens to those who wish harm to those who are precious to me," she sighed as she hugged Carolyn, massaging her rear shamelessly.

Merrick cocked an eyebrow slightly, his black tipped silver-white hair falling messily over his shoulders and back as his clothes seemed to dissolve into thin air. "Now who am I to refuse the request of such a beautiful woman?" he said with amusement as he laid next to her.
Lorcan rolled his eyes. "Yeah, I'm about as awesome as someone throwing a bucket of paint into a wind tunnel," he joked.

Jin tilted his head, noticing how the toddler's body had relaxed. "I would say you're right, but I think he likes where he is, and I don't blame him," he deadpanned with a teasing note near the end.
Kyos nodded slightly letting Amelia know he didn't mind. He was, however, amused at her reply and kiss. Betsy tilted her head thoughtfully. "And your boyfriend? Is he an alien?" she teased with a slight smile.

Sren-Ko sighed softly as he heard Rosalyn's voice distantly as he slowly fell asleep.

Carolyn's arms wrapped around Kasumi, a small grin appearing on her face as the other woman massaged her rear end. In an instant they were back in the house, just outside of the kitchen. "Hmm, back inside."~~~~~~~ Constance snuggled close to Merrick as he lay down next to her. She rested her head against his chest, taking a deep breath and taking in his scent. "I am glad you cannot refuse." She teased him lightly. ~~~~~~~ Cassandra laughed softly as she touched his face gently. "To me you are beyond awesome. There are no words to describe it."Rosalyn chuckled softly as she gently rocked the sleeping child. "We should take him back upstairs and lay him down." She wanted to continue to hold the baby boy close, but she was still shaken by what had happened. What she really wanted was some alone time with Jin away from the others. ~~~~~~~ Amelia turned her gaze back to Betsy. "No he is not an alien. He is the son of a God." She knew that a lot of people would not believe her when she said such things.

Kasumi smirked slightly as she giggled slightly. "Don't you want to be inside something else?" she said saucily as she backed away deliberately with a teasing smile.

Merrick chuckled as he nuzzled the top of Constance's head.
Lorcan tilted his head slightly before he smiled slightly. "Oh, and I suppose you could show me?" he murmured teasingly.

Jin shrugged ever so slightly, chuckling. "As you wish, honey; you would know more about children than I do... with my luck, I'd do something really stupid," he said with a deadpan tone.
Kyos tilted his head slightly. "As in Thor," he muttered. "Not to mention I have two brothers who are Cthonians... god-killers," he said in a low voice. Betsy cocked her head. "I know a couple of others like that... Asgardians," she mused.

Carolyn grinned at her lover. "You know me so well." She could tell that everything was calm now. That everyone was okay. So in a flash she was gone and up to their room. ~~~~~~ Constance held onto Merrick, her eyes closing as her breathing evened out. Soon she was fast asleep even with the light kicking the children were doing inside of her stomach. ~~~~~~ "Hmm, I could show you," Cassandra murmured as she pushed away her plate. "I could show you again and again and again."Rosalyn smiled at Jin and nodded as she began to head to the door of the kitchen. She was still humming softly as she exited and began to walk back to their room. ~~~~~~~ Amelia was glad that the woman seemed so accepting. That just made things easier in the long run. "Okay let's head back, introduce you to everyone else. If everyone is out of their rooms that is."

Kaosujin Ryu Kasumi giggled as her form dissolved into water, revealing that almost immediately as they'd arrived in the home, she'd used a trick of her own to replace herself with a water duplicate. The real one was already in their room wearing little more than clothes that barely hid her assets.

Merrick chuckled as he nuzzled the top of Constance's head.
Lorcan cocked an eyebrow. "Oh? I'm sure you could, dear," he murmured teasingly.

Jin smiled ever so slightly, shrugging one shoulder as he followed Rosalyn.
Kyos smiled ever so slightly, massaging Amelia's shoulders playfully and slowly on purpose. Betsy nodded slightly before she glanced into the kitchen, blinking as she noticed the fridge already in place.

"Hmm, sneaky," Carolyn laughed softly as she appeared in the room. Kasumi was unpredictable, and she liked that a lot. She looked her lover up and down as a tingle went throughout her body. ~~~~~ Cassandra stood up from her seat and stretched her arms above her head. "Why don't you come with me and I will show you?" Her clothes stretched over her body, showing off every curve. ~~~~~ When they reached their room Rosalyn lay Sren-Ko down gently in the bassinet. She sighed and ran her hands through her hair. Not only did they have to worry about the demons and witch hunters, but now there seemed to be a new player in town. ~~~~~ Amelia's body shivered slightly at Kyos' gentle touch. His hands worked some magic on her for sure. She slowly stood up, keeping a hand on him and placing one on Betsy. Without saying anything she transported them to the kitchen of the safe house.

Kasumi half turned, the sunlight streaming around her body as she smiled slightly. "Who, me? I don't know what you could be referring to," she said with a teasing tone; she knew Carolyn knew she would be teasing her.

Lorcan's breath went in through his nose sharply, the only sign of how her body had most certainly had an effect on him, although he well knew Cassandra knew exactly what kind of effect she had on him. "I can't decide what's more seductive, a witch in love, or a succubus," he mused idly as he stood, smiling faintly towards Cassandra.

Jin rubbed Rosalyn's shoulders and back gently as his wings flared out with a slight breeze rising from the movement. "With luck, that one who attempted to attack Constance will not return for a long time, preferably a couple of hundred years," he said softly.
Kyos grunted as he fell on his rear end as his windowsill seat vanished, leaving him sitting on thin air. Betsy cocked her head as the location changed abruptly with no feeling of disorientation, which she knew was rare with transport spells of any kind.

Sren-Ko sighed as he shifted, rolling onto his side before he sighed, a soft pbbbbt sound coming as he let out a little flatulence.
