Mina sighed as the Safari ball returned to her, once again empty. She put it back in her bag but didn't dwell on it for too long. No more Electrike seemed to be around, and the few that had come had been highly aggressive, she noticed. Of course, she was still new to Zatao. She didn't know if it was normal (humans were, after all, new to the area, whereas the Pokemon weren't) but from the talk that went around, it didn't seem to be the case.

 Momo let go of Meeka's face, leaving deep bite marks on her chin and nose. It growled at Terri and attempted to growl at Avella before growing hearts in his eyes. Holy crap . . . she was hot. Oh great, this didn't look good.

Danny tried not to let it get to him, but he was getting rather frustrated with the failure rate of his Safari Ball. "Maybe this one's jinxed," he said, giving it a shake and then slipping it into his pocket. He looked around and soon spotted Opal and gave her a wave. "Any luck?" he asked.
The newly dubbed Belle walked at a steady pace, hoping she didn't upset Cas' writing. Really she wanted to jump and prance for joy at getting a name. Not too far off she finally spotted her boy with another person. Oh! I think I see him!?

 Tucking her Pokeball away for now, Corn waited for the groups to decide to move along again. The shinies seemed to be in the back most of the time, as far as she had observed, so it must be time to move on again.

Rhiannon Chandra She smiled and looked back to Lumina, the girl she had spoken to at breakfast, and one of the people who had gone with her up the mountain. "That's what I was just telling myself. Besides," the smile weakened as she looked at the trainer retrieving the Pokeball with the shiny in it, "There's something riling them up... and I don't think simply capturing them is going to fix the bigger darkness. ... Problem." She smiled slightly, correcting herself. "Sorry, I meant the bigger problem." She shook her head at herself and remounted Castor. "The Eevee might be a better bet, right?"  "I'd agree. I think something is going on. But we have so little to go off of.." Lumina's smile faded as she watched the other girl, her brow knitting with concern at the stutter of words, "You alright? Still worried about the whole helicopter incident?"

 Rainier's previously smug looks in Bandit's direction were replaced by a sudden curiosity as his trainer was bitten by the strangely colored Electrike. He'd been too busy playing the 'angry' game with a rat to notice that his trainer had been under attack. Of course it wasn't as though he was about to get shocked from an angry Electrike just for her.
Wincing as Draumr shook his head and snorted, stomping at where the Electrike had been before it had been caught, Tabitha grimaced as she looked at her ruined stockings. "It doesn't look too deep, at least it doesn't feel like it is..." She trailed off, still miffed at the attack. She hadn't even tried to catch any of the pokemon!Click the picture for full size

Oyumi was quick to retrieve her Pokeball now that the swarm was over, and she spurred Lynne forward to catch up with Rhia. The swarm had distracted her quite a bit, and she flashed the girl a quick smile.
"Sorry about that. The swarm distracted me."

Abiba, who had been clinging to Lumina this whole time, blinked at RHia from over the trainer's shoulder. She had seen how the two had spaced out before and was worried now for the latter of the two.
"Chu? Raichu Rai?" She reached a tiny paw out to Rhia as if to ask if she was alright.

((Time to go work on homework without being distracted. Raina will be travelling along and will use her pokemon to help with whatever needs to be done. Though she won't be talking... she's a bit miffed about all her bad luck with the swarms XD))
Raina muttered angrily to herself as she caught the Safari Ball that bounced back to her. Once she had it clipped back to her belt she scrambled back onto Branimir and sighed then patted him gently. "Just stay with the group Branimir." she said and knew that he would do it for he was very well trained. Once they were moving again she settled into a reply of the events so far and analyzed each of her failed attempts at catching a pokemon in hopes of figuring out what she was doing wrong this time around.

@ Chi and Jazz Opal chuckled a bit and looked to Danny. "Nope, no luck with me. How about you?" She glanced around, trying to find anyone else who got an Electrike. She frowned a bit and began to walk around some more with Ursalyn and Nerezza, the latter still wrapped around Opal's arm.

"Well," Lisa said looking over the area, "at least it wasn't as bad as when I met Midnight. Her and her pack were trying to burn down our wagons. Of course, only later did we find out that the wagon they attacked was actually full of rocket supplies..." Lisa sighed, then looked over at Rhia. "Well, we seem to keep running into each other, Rhia! And yes, capturing these pokemon is probably going to do nothing if there's something up. Do you have a theory or something?"
Bandit sent a little thunder shock at the meowth, Bandit huffed and leaped onto Lisa again, staying on her shoulder instead of atop her head.

Kiyo watched half-interested in the Raichu's antics. What was this plonker up to? Heh. Plonker. Kiyo was amused by his choice of nickname for the Raichu. Kiyo considered letting the Raichu know of its new nickname but found it much more pleasurable to watch the Raichu fail at writing.
He looked at the other Ponyta. "How are you doing with that idiot on your back?" he asked pointing at the Raichu.
