About the Rules I meant, we already have the positions and what happens when you get a correct and incorrect answer but, do we have any Rules like Follow Gaia's ToS' and HPGoG Rules. (Not that one it's obvious but, something along those lines.)
Everything else I'm good with. I'll try to think of something for the weaseling of people into the Event.
Also, for whatever reason Gaia is not letting me edit my posts right now, so I can't finish off my thread. I tried logging off and back on and no luck, I'll try again in a few hours. (I'll check first thing when I wake up.)

Lack of an edit button right? What do you need modified?
The edit button is still available to the guild mods for now, but I don't know how long that'll last. Gaia's in the middle of a spring cleaning. It's been screwing with edit buttons and the polls all day today.

Well I think we will keep sign ups open all summer. I'll make a post in the main thread about Signing Up after the deadline.
Right now, we should go ahead and assign those who have signed up positions (remember to keep getting the word out)
I'll put the general rules in the mini FAQ.
Is there anything else that should go in the FAQ?

The editing is definitely a problem.
Look at my thread, tell me what you think.
I'm actually perty amped about this game! Since it's going to be about a term (and the next term won't begin until September for House Spirit Week), we really need to get the word out to get more people participating.
I'll go rally some house-elves.

I needed to finish off the Rules and add a post of two depending on how many each of us will use. However, the Edit button seems to be there now so, I'll work on it and if I need your help I'll let you gals know. Hopefully, you'll still have your edit button by then.
I'll have to think about hat should go in the FAQ and get back to you.
Yes, getting the word out. I'll think on this too and get back to all of you.

I was thinking we should wait until the game began to open up the Avatar Contest.
We can't start the game because some of the threads aren't opened and we have less than 10 people signed up

Tina send me (or post here) what you want post by post and I'll copy and paste it for you. Thanks Icee but, it seems to be working now.
I edited it a bit today and the only thing I have left to do is look up Keepers for the Hall of Fame.
By the way, I wanted to tell you all that I'm going through everyone that was ever named in the books or on Lexicon or anything like that and I'm keep track, not just of Gryffindor's, everyone I can find. So, if you all can wait a day I can send the names to you and you can post them in your Positions, Hall of Fame.

Okay, I have all of the Witches and Wizard's and Fans and Inventor's and everything else that has to do with Quidditch and a person. All I have to do now is separate them into their Positions and I'll send them out to ya or post them here if it's easier.

I sent out the information I found about each Position to each person who is making a thread for the Event.
Also, I have some information for about Quidditch that had t do with players, it just wasn't specified what Position they played OR they were somehow important to the game. I thought that they could possibly go in the Stands. What do you think? I sent this to Adonis, in case you guys want to use it.

I think that's a little too specific. We're just trying to have fun after all. I don't want to put all of that information in a post and make people think they have to read it.
Also, Juni, will you be using the Stands as your headquarters or will you be creating a thread?

So we're waiting on Angil, but I PMed her and hopefully she gets her thread up soon. In the meantime, Juni and Tina how about we shoot for Friday as the official kick off of the Quidditch World Cup. The teams are filled...and I forgot to think about prizes.

Icee: Angil posted in the SMB a while ago, saying she would be away for a couple of days (I believe). She said she had so marriage things to deal with, plus it's her Birthday on the 7th (if I read the Birthday's section correctly) so, I'm not sure when she'll back back but, she said she would be.
We can try for Friday. That's cool with me.
Prizes could get expensive if we give the whole team something like a Thank You Letter(or something like it). Do we want to have smaller prizes for the whole team and then prizes (maybe a little more expensive) for say, whoever makes the most Goals as a Chaser, Most Blocks by a Keeper, etc. That would be alot of prizes but, it could be the best way to go in my opinion.
Also, on a different note. I have finished off the Express. The final post number and everything are in that thread, in case you didn't see it already.
