Fenix dropped his hand slowly back to his side to make sure it didn't llok like he was going for Embrace. "Fine, Ein" Fenix said his words dripping with venom. "Is there anything else or may I be excused, oh great and powerful night-walkers?" He took a couple steps back to ensure he could book it out of there.
((Wow I don't get the phrase booking it))

With barely a flicker of movement, the hunter had drawn his sword, the tip of the thirty-inch-long, pure silver blade resting a couple of inches from the lycan's chin. He was getting faster. The intensity in his eyes could probably burn a hole in a wall, if he stared hard enough. "Careful." Was all Ein spoke, an underlying fierce edge in his voice. As fast as he had taken it out, the hunter returned the sword to its place in the back of his vest.

As she sat there, she looked about. She heard faint sounds in the far off distance. She couldn't make out whether it was a fight or just people arguing. Maybe it was a combination of both. Soon she was lost in thought about what these sounds were. I really need to stop worrying about it. I'm really easily distracted. She sat there for a little while longer. I really want to know what those sounds are!!!

Asmodeous returned to the spot where he had been talking to Serenity. Good, he thought, maybe she did leave. Suddenly he heard arguing and footsteps running toward the arguing. "No!" he muttered under his breath, and started to sneak towards the sounds of the argument and, perhapse Serenity.

Serenity was running, not really caring whether anyone heard her not, towards the noises. She grabbed up her bag and weapon before she took off. I really want to know what those noises are!!!! Her couriusity really did get the better of her. She stopped a little bit aways from the noises, she could make out what was being said, and could see the three arguing. One of them was lycan, she knew that much, she just had a sense about those things. She couldn't tell whether the other one was a human or deamon. She hid herself behind a tree. So it was an arguement.... But about what? Well, her couriosity could never be satisfied.

Asmodeous was coming up to the fight. He saw three figures and reflexivly yelled "STOP!" However, he instantly realized that error and froze in horrid realization that his primitive weapons were nothing to there "GUNS" as they called them, and was at a major disadvantage.

Serenity, startled by the sudden yell. Melted into the shadow, her gloves however didn't. Just as suddenly as she melted into the shadow, she reappeared. I hate it when I do that! Trying to be as quiet and unnoticable as possible, she felt around on the ground for her gloves. I really should find those gloves! As she felt the ground, the patches of grass she touched wilted away. She hated the fact that she had these gloves specialy made to be hard to see. As she felt around she slowly started to move away from the tree. As she felt aroumd, she slowly moved away from the tree. She hadn't even noticed that Asmodeous was there, and forgot about the three figures arguing. She was in some way, weapons wise, unarmed for she left her weapon and bag back at the tree.

Zzeill held the balde tightly as she felt the attempt to snatch, but slowly let go when he reconsidered and took it politely from her hand. Letting the hand fall back to her side she let the males talk, intersted on how this would end. "Fenix, like the phenix that rises from its flame, reborn from the fire and ash into which it had died. How many times have you been reborn?" She asked him, not actually excusing him, but rather playing... not like Ein and herself had anything to do at the moment. She didnt even twitch when Ein pulled his weapon, keeping her eyes intent on Fenix for the time being. "Watch your steps puppy, he's a rather unpredictable one." She said, lightly patting Eins side in a form of pointing. They might have been 'good friends', but he was still a hunter, and just because he accepted her, didnt mean she knew about the others. With her Lycan hearing and increased scences she pulled the revolver from her coat long before the other yelled stop, pointing it and pulling back on the hammar. A female was around too, but this one seemed more adventurous to tell into a conversation he didnt know anything about. "If you have a sane mind in your skull, you will leave." She growled out toward him, looking back to where the female stood. "That goes from you too." She called, sorry she didnt have two guns... she would have to buy another one later.

Fenix's ears and nose twitched as he registered the other two's approach. Even though Zzeil's scent clouded his nose, he realized one had the soft smell of a lady vampire, while the other smelled of flaming rats. He thought to himself that despite being a vampire and this being late night she still wasn't the stealthiest thing on two legs in this park. "Well if these two turn out to be very dangerous, highly unlikely, my rebirths would be in the double digits." Fenix remarked quietly to Zzeil.

((Enter Artanis, a new hunter))
"Well now this is fresh air," Artanis sighed to himself, "A guy can breathe out here, away from those damned nightwalkers." He started walking down a path just thinking about everything that had led up to him relocating to New York. ((For full details read profile)) Anyone walking by him along that path would think him a monster, because of his altered skin and eyes, also the weapons shifting with his every step. "Well I finally have some time to be alone and away from some of those freaks." He continues walking until he sees some very odd-looking people. "What is wrong with this city? Why does it hate me!?!"

She gave a glance over to Fenix as he spoke, happy he had answered. The other two didnt seem to be of much concern, and she had already given fair warning, so anything beyond that was their fault. She was about to put her weapon away when she caught the scent of another, indeed this was an intresting night by the minute. The scent seemed altered human, like Eins, only worse. Looking up to him with blue eyes she wanted to see if he knew this one, but instead took her own action. His scent seemed new, so she assumed him to be. Pointing her weapon of choise in his direction she waited till she could see him too. "Stop there, thats close enough." She said, loud enough to carry to his ears, but no further. Her eys glittered yellow if only for a second before they returned, getting tired of the interuptions, she had so been looking forward to a night with Ein... they still had a dinner to go to. With a growl she held the weapon steady, keeping her eyes on everyone in the area.

Not really sure of where it came, she looked around frantically. When she realized that one of the three who were arguing was pointing a gun at her. She froze. "I'm sorry. I didn't mean to easedrops. I'm very bad when my couriosity gets the better of me. I'll be out of your way as soon as I find my gloves. I swear." Her voice was serious, a little bit of fear in it. "They are really inportant I have them." She was almost pleading now.

Damn Lycans and their hyper-senses, Artanis thought. "I mean no one here any harm, except maybe that vampire against the tree. But if you don't believe me and you try to shoot me how would you if you have no target?" He called back to the threatening Lycan. He concentrated hard and switched his skin pigments to perfectly match his dark surroundings. An easy feat for him with his alterations. While he stood there he focused his eyes onto the two seperate groups (the three made up of two lycans and something else, and the vampire and her friend).

Insulted by this remark from the new comer, Serenity stood up and yelled. "How dare you threaten me! What have I done to you to deserve that? I mean really." At this point she realized that Asmodeous was here. "First it was him! Now it's you! I can understand why she is angry with me! But you have no right to assume anything about me before you even know me! I know you're there, whether you can blend in with the surroundings or not. I don't care, but I demand you apologize to me right now!" She stood there with arms straight and tense, her hands clenched tight by her side. Eyes, glowing more red then usual. Her white, pale skin was flushed red with rage.

She heard the other speak finally, though she didnt turn at all to face her. Letting go of Ein for the moment she kept her gaze toward the newcomer. "Fine go, I have no trifle with you so long as you leave." She said, making sure to keep her gaze toward the hunter. She could smell the silver on him, which made her nose burn. She had been looking at him perfectly, then he was gone... well, gone from view anyway. Closeing her eyes she took in a deep inhale, taking in the scents around her. She could easy cast aside scents she knew, which made him easy enough to find... or rather locate the general area anyway. "No target, eh?" She said turning her gun toward him and firing a shot, purposly missing, but not by much. Opening her eyes she smiled. "Want to try again?" She asked, still smiling at the nothingness.
