Twistyd LunaInverse iBarty RaeRae Rave iBarty I'm excited to start watching Heroes because I missed most of the first season..and as for the pills I got...holy s**t they work!!!
Don't read unless you don't care about reading detailed things about periods: I decided to get some Midol because it was with my last period or the one before (could have been before that but I'm not sure) that I finally started to experience cramps for the first time. Well, I decided I don't want to deal with the pain anymore. I had this little embarrassing thing too, where uh..my a** hurts when I get my period, and I had no idea why (it'd like..hurt to sit down and sometimes I'd get these sharp pains there). Well, when I mentioned that to a friend of mine she thinks it's cramps being it's in the same area. I didn't know however, and I couldn't find anything online about it. Well...I decided to take some pills tonight (was going to wait until tomorrow) and damn, it must be cramps because my a** doesn't hurt anymore. sweatdrop Ever since I started Yaz as my birth control, I haven't had any problems, which is great because for the first two days I would get incredibly sick and be in so much pain that I couldn't even manage to go to school. It helps with cramps too? Interesting. I don't know that I'd want to try Yaz though..whenever I see the commercials it just makes me think it has so many damn side effects or seems more dangerous. I don't know. gonk Every form of birth control (pills, Depo shot, etc etc) has those same possible side effects. If you're really interested in birth control, you probably should talk to your doctor about it I LOVE birth control, yes there are some side effects...but you should change to a different kind of pill if they're severe (because they shouldn't be).
I love that my periods are the same every month, that they're short, and painless.
It's pretty awesome. Ditto. My periods usually last...four days. But I always get cramps on the first day. They aren't HORRIBLE though. Nothing an ibuprofen can't handle.

RaeRae Rave Twistyd The reason birth control is thought to lead to weight gain is because it can increase appetite, and create cravings...that the person gives into, and ends up gaining weight.
It's not a problem for everyone though, I don't have a problem with it. :3 I haven't had any weight gain, but god, I keep craving things like chocolate covered pickles. ... And avocado and cream cheese, ALL THE TIME. It's so bad xd I made fried pickles the other night! Ooh, they are so yummy...

I'm back to being without insurance however, so..I can't get anything unless I were to go to planned parenthood. You can get birth control at Wal-Mart for $4. 3nodding

Well, as much as I hate to let down my reputation... crying I just can't find anything wrong with food-desiring of any kind. Nothing wrong...
But we could probably amputate a leg just to be safe. Nononono. That's the solution in case their is any weight gain. Just start hacking off extremities to keep your weight at a stable level. XD

Okay we finally got to see Gundam 00 ep 23:
Yeah since it took a while, I had already been spoiled... by hints for a while and by full blown outright saying it earlier in the thread. That was unfortunate.
However, that's being said, I was really disappointed. There had been a lot of build up to this episode by everyone who had seen it and the entire thing just seemed off. It was slow for the most part - lacking energy. Maybe they were trying to make it somber from the get go? It all just didn't fit.
As is the way these days, Allelujah and Tieria were made useless, even the debut of their trans-am and they can't do anything cool? This episode was just lacking in cool all around.
Lockon didn't even get to do anything remotely cool and mostly acted stupid and obstinate. Yeah we had seen it a bit earlier when terrorism came into play... but really the message I got was more like 'he wanted something to be angry about too.' It was just never well-written. Also, Sarches better be dead or it's hyper lame.
I'm sorry to see Lockon go (if he's really gone, we've seen characters survive a lot more than that mysteriously) but I'm used to the characters I like dying to the point where I have friends who figure out who's going to die asking themselves "Is this the type of characters Keys would like? Yes... therefore he's totally going to bite it." While I wouldn't have predicted this one (maybe I just fall for it every time?), it's too bad it was this early and this lamely. I don't know what they plan to do with Lyle, but all the ways out of this one I can think of only make it worse.
At the very least, he last words weren't lame.
Tieria's trans-am... trying to compensate for something?
Anyway, I should finish up the rest of the season somewhat soon. I'll probably get around to things like Soul Eater this weekend.
I'm not sure whether I want to try Vampire Knight as I'm following the manga and don't want to be spoiled for that (though with the most recent English release, the main character pulled a Miaka so I kind of have a bad taste in my mouth for it at the moment.) I also want to continue imagining most of the characters with the less saturated shades of hair I had been imagining.

So, I ended up watching more episodes of Heroes last night than I thought of course. It was only two, but that's because that's all there were on the first disc...which is probably for the best, because after a while today at work I was feeling rather ill and didn't know if it was partly because I was hungry, partly because I was tired, partly because of the midol (maybe?), or..whatever. I'm going to finish watching deleted scenes on the first disc now and the pilot, and..then on the the second disc! scream
