((Its sad that this is probably the most progress we've made in months. And you're f-ing cheep))
The Paint splattered across her visor, blinding her. She quickly fired a burst of blaster bolts in his direction, hoping to hit him as she fell back, and she started switching to alternate view modes.

((The secret Jedi Shadow art of Mad Paintball Skill is far more useful than you think.))
Pash easily dodged the random shots and slipped around to behind the Mandalorian.
Sorry I have to do this, but you really leave me with no choice.
He then hacked at the mandalorian's Jetpack, attempting to ignight it.

((Oh weak.))
Still struggling with the paint on her faceplate, Cene didnt even sense that the man had gotten around her.
And then her jetpack went off.
Totally surprised, the Mandalorian was sent on an un controlled trip straight into an arena wall.
Being rocket propelled into a wall would have killed anyone else. Cene however was armored in Beskar'gam and had the durability of her taung ancestors.
It only gave her a concussion.
As her body went limp, the jetpack tore itself free and then spun wildly about into the air before exploding.
For Cene, the match was over.

Volgen had spent the past few hours letting time be. He hooked his feet into the same spot in his room and hung in meditation. He reached out with his mind and watched the event Nakara was at. He could not find Nakara himself, but he knew he was there. The old Sith was smart, his trail was cold and didnt leave any traces of his power behind.

" So this data pad holds more then just orders to be here. " Grays voice said over the Comm. link.

" Oh? "

" Yeah. Says here there are a few guys on and off planet that he wants... Taken care of. I looked into a few and found one so far. I say we find some of these people and get some things for the ship. The cargo bay needs tending to..." Gray sounded irritated.

" Well, get things moving. Inform our guest to meet me on the bridge. "
****

" Miss Sonya? " Gray asked slowly so not to startle. He stood out side the door pressing the room link.

" You are needed on the Bridge. "

Wow Randall thought as he quickly grabbed his blaster and re-holstered to his belt. Sometimes its hard to tell if she's just really friendly or if she's trying to seduce me or something.
He met Melissa at the boarding hatch, pressing the button to open the two spacers to Coruscant's less than stellar-smelling atmosphere. "Watch the ship, Tee Nine." He said, "Don't let anyone in."
Leading Melissa out of the ship, he put his arm around her shoulder. "Well, my lady, was there any place in particular you would like to go? I know a couple of little bars, but they're pretty seedy affairs. I'm sure anywhere you know would be better suited for someone of your... magnificence."

The council chamber was a simple and spartan affair, a round table with twelve seats, one for each of the three delegates for each corporation. They represented the ceo of each group, and their two most prominent lieutenants.

Bahl stepped into the room and took his seat as the ten other members turned to look at him, including a couple that were only represented by holographic projection. Behind him Seleene stepped into the room and headed to the seat between two women, the three representatives of Body Count Incorporated.

"Alright this meeting is henceforth in order. We have only one item to discuss, the acceptance or dismissal of a contract by the Galactic Republic."

Slowly Bahl glanced around the table, "I trust that you've all had a chance to read the contract."

Across the table weathered old rodian, Colo, head of FRICK incorporated leaned across the table, "The Republic is insisting on restraint for our forces. Have you seen the cold civi clause on this document? Reparations for those killed and wounded due to our operations, a payment penalty for the destruction of public property..."

"...Military facilites are excluded from that penalty." Bahl answered swiftly.

"Of course, but I don't trust the republic to play fair when it comes to interpretations of what is military and what is civilian?" Colo shook his head, "I'm afraid my men have trouble abiding by such restrictions."

"Yes Colo, your mob has trouble with rules," Seleene said from her seat. "Thats why I expect that if we accept this contract it's assignment will be one better suited to its abilities."

Bahl stood, "People we have decided to fight the Sith, and the Republic has given us a chance to work with them against our common enemy. Isn't that enough to dictate our response to this contract?" There were nods around the table. "Do any of you seriously want to object to our agreement to this contract?" Bahl glanced at Colo who slowly shook his head.

"Then we have unanimous support." Seleene said from her seat.

"Then I'll be taking this ship, Siege Squadron Two, Raider Squadron Four, and Field Supply Squadron Seven to Yag'Dhul."

Colo glanced up, "That's it?"

"You don't expect the Republic to award another contract if we can't show competence." Bahl answered with a grin. "Plus if the intelligence provided with the contract is correct, toppling this sith regime will be fairly straight forward. Seleene I trust you to select the infiltration units. Our forces will rally at Yag'Dhul Extreme. There the Siege Ships will remain, and I'll take the the Pazak Deck and Raider Squadron Four to directly assist and coordinate our efforts with Republic Forces. Any questions or concerns?"

There were none. Slowly Bahl rose, "This meeting is adjourned, those members who wish to remain elsewhere for their safety are asked to leave. Thank you."

Melissa snuggled up to Randall as his arm wrapped about her shoulders.
“You flatter me kind sir,” She giggled and snaked her arm around his torso. “I don’t know, it’s been so long since I’ve been on Coruscant. How about some where for dinner, maybe a little music. Can you dance?” She asked as they walked.

At Darknon Station, an abandoned space station on the equally abandoned Itani Run, a cloaked man stood staring out a viewport at the swirling formations of the Itani nebula and waited.
He pilled his sleave back on his cloak, revealing a gauntlet. The time flashed briefly on the back of the man's bracer and he pulled his cloak back over his arm.
"I should have specified a time..." He remarked to himself. After a moment of thought he then continued."Well I'm sure Marr will turn up eventually. I doubt he would pass on an invitation he himself arrange."
Silence settled once more on Darknon station as the cloaked man continued to stare into the nebula. Then he started singing to himself.
"1000 bottles of lum on the wall, 1000 bottles of lum. You take one down, pass it around, 999 bottles of lum on the wall..."

"Well, the real question isn't if I can dance, it's if I can dance well." Randall said, enjoying the feeling of her arm around him. "And the answer to that would probably be no."
Laughing softly, Randall led the pair's way down the street. "So, it's dinner, dancing and music you want, huh? I think I know a place..."

The jump to the Yag'Dhul system was relatively short, and as the Pazak Deck fell from hyperspace it found that the other ships had gotten there ahead of it. Some sixteen ships, barely a fraction of what the Republic had deployed to take space superiority in the system.

Bahl looked out the viewport of the bridge and nodded as the three Thantos-class Star Cruisers settled into position, angling their prows toward the distant world. He watched as the ships switched to siege mode, expanding and reinforcing their shields, redirecting the entire output of the engine reactors to the shields. Armor was reinforced by magnetic sealers, and as the main drive went dark, tiny puffs of exhaust marked where the thrusters activated to steady the weapons and bring them to bear toward their target. Already the Supply squadron was beginning to send pairs of ships to each cruiser, docking with them so they could provide immediate munitions once they ran low.

A smile slid across Bahl's face as he glanced down at the crew pit, a deck below. "Alright helm set course for Yag'Dhul Orbit, prepare for in-system jump. Inform the Raider Squadron to follow us in with a guard formation." As he turned from the railing he smiled, "I wonder who the Jedi in-charge here is, and if he's worth the command he has been given."

Aboard the lead Arrowhead, Several commanders stood over a holographic image of Yag Dhul and the 9th Fleet. Among them was Jedi Lord Werek Nabross, A thin, grim looking human with a well trimmed moustache and greying hair tyed back away from his face. His dark eyes studied the hologram as an aid approached him.
"My lord, Sixteen ships have dropped out hyperspace in the system. Unknown make."
"Hmm." The Jedi Lord muttered. "Marr sent reinforcements rather quickly. We were just cleaning up his orbital mess."
"They don't match any recorded Sith types, my Lord." The Aid offered.
"Regardless. I'd rather avoid droping our guard when we've already gone this far. Assume yellow alert and hail them. Onscreen."

"We're being hailed."

Bahl nodded as he stepped to the comm system behind the command walk, "Put it through." He clasped his hands behind him as screen flashed to show the face of a Jedi. A slight smile slipped past his lips, they'd been wise enough to watch the extreme edge of the system, good.

"I am Bahl Septin, CEO of Septin Technologies, and chairman of the Mercenary Coalition. I'm here in fulfillment of a military contract issued by the Galactic Senate to assist in the liberation of Yag'Dhul."

Static flared across the holoscreen from time to time but the audio seemed to be holding. Such was the trouble when trying to communicate with the far edge of a system like Yag Dhul.
Seeing and hearing who the man was put Lord Nabross' face into a scowl.
"Ah yes. The PMC Force. We have been expecting you." He nodded to an aid and the Yellow alert was rescinded. "I do not aprove of hireing you Jackals, but I do value the lives of my men. If no further Negotiation is required, then I recomend you get to work before we start docking your pay for tardyness."

"We've already begun operations, and our siege ships have deployed and are awaiting targets, I must request an exchange of tactical information in order to ensure that they hit their targets. I assume your vessels are outside of any polar orbit with the moon? I wouldn't want any of your vessels to catch a proton bomb by accident."

Bahl smirked to himself, yes the Jedi wasn't the sort to approve of his profession, but this sort was one he could work with. They were relatively predictable, and the strategy he'd come up with required cooperation.
