Well... alright... make one and send it to me...
Though, the clans have yet to be updated... but if you want one, go ahead and just use the current stat boost as a percentage or something... (like Hoshigaki)

Well we still need either a Chuunin or a Jonin and if I create a character that's either a Chuunin or Jonin it'll be hard/wierd for me to also use Shinzu, my genin character :/

He didn't ******** people off or anything. But you, you just brought out a different side to him. I do not really care what Sage says, because you are the obvious cause. You are just bringing yourself down by egging him on right now. You try to put the blame on him, but really, I know you are the cause... No more s**t, or you're gone. No more excuses, no more nothing. You say anything I do not like, bye bye. If you do not like it, then ******** off. And Sage, do not say anything unnecessary to him anymore.
