yeah but I'm not exactly.... talented at playing the flute and it's somethign I really had to work hard at and when your CONDUCTOR is being a petty, insulting, bitter man who couldn't teach his way out of a paper bag (and I need a teacher badly because I didn't get very good teaching in elementary) yeah so I had to get out of that class before I used my flute as a weapon and beat him to death. surprised
I could never give up music so I'm staying in choir and come hell or high water I'm staying in Marching Band. I'm working my way into the line but I'll be on flute for a while. I'll definitely spend time in here (the percussion forum is kinda dead *pokes forum*) so I'll at least be able to talk to the fluteys heart

hi im a futist well duh cause if i wasnt i wouldnt be here right now right.
well i have my own flute(duh?)
and i just had my last sitting test and well i moved down one chair and now im i 6th chair but my friend megan witch is weird cause my nmses megan too but thats beside thew point well megan S. has 5th chairbut im happy for her cause shes like new and all so ya shes 5th chair so yah thats it

I've never played something wrong, unless it was sight reading. My band directors adore how well I play, and how much time they think I put into it. I'd practice everyday, but I never have time, so I sit and practice when the band director is working with the trombones, if I'm not looking at my prescious trombone playing ex, who I miss alot in that way even though we're still good friends and I like another guy already. Is it a sin for a band person to like a none muscily talented person?

I need a hug. badly. crying gonk I have line tryouts tomorow and I haven't even learned how to play yet. I'm goign to beg for another week or something. ANYTHING! just let me get comfortable with the drum PLEASE!
Everyone keeps laughing at me when I say I want to try out for line. that or they give me the "are you out of your mother loving mind" look and remind me that I'll have to try out. AS IF I'M NOT AWARE OF THAT BY NOW! scream

i play flute! i don't see how everyone else can play with REEDS! If I played a reed instrument i would probably kill myself. my mouth isn't that strong! playing flute has also helped me alot with my piano, since my teacher quit on me....
