IceeWitch Angilwingz I agree with Tina. We spent all that time planning, and now that we got it "finalized" we're changing it again
if you want multiple games at once you make more than one thread. But I think we should stick with what we had.
I guess the only way to do it is to open up sign ups now and we can see. Angil would you mind if Adonis uses your formats?
Either way, we will not limit the Quidditch game to fourteen players (so if we're only doing two teams, we're going to expand the times). Whoever wants to play should be able to sign up from now (or whenever Adonis sets up the thread) until Wednesday(tentative)?

So who will provide the trivia for which part of the event??
I need to know because that person will set up the thread for each part, and I also want to put it in the Stands.

That's an easy part, so I think we were more hopeful you'd do one of the positions instead.

Let's see, I'm horrible with Trivia, and I can't hide the snitches because I can't edit posts. (unless I design a picture for the snitches and tell adonis where to post them and then i post the clues.)
So that leaves me with doing the riddles for the beaters.
What would you like me to do?

This may have been covered already, but I have a question. Are the trivia and riddles going to be general HP, or just Quidditch, or specifically related to the Quidditch position?

Hmm, I don't know. Narrowing it down too specifically would be far too restrictive methinks.
Also, someon should change the suofrum name and announce that people can go sign up for quiddich.

I agree with Angil. Since this is a guild-wide event, I would suggest having general Harry Potter trivia, as I'm certain not too many members pay that much attention to quidditch.
I can take care of the snitches if needs be. I love scavenger hunts; and I've done it before with the Valentine's day scavenger hunt last year. I'm too busy to think up trivia questions though, sorry. Angil, if you think you can handle riddles that'd be awesome.

Cool, if Juni does the snitches (let us know if you want help), Angil does the riddles (if you want help, let us know), I can do the trivia (with someone's help, maybe Alutian?).
The avatar contest will really handle itself. Maybe Alutian, Kitty, or Rayne (whichever one can find the time) can get the gold and handle the editing with Professor Adonis.
I was waiting on feedback about the Express before I announced the sign ups
