"Remember what I told you...of our reasons for coming to this kingdom." Issildia replied distantly as she looked up at the castle, memorizing all points of entrance and exit for what she had planned. "I thought it was him...it may still be Azrielle...I don't know..." she admitted. "But I intend to find out."

"Right... so how are we going to do this then? I don't think we can bring our horses up there... and I'd personally not bring this one up into something too dangrous..."
Sin patted his horse on the neck and looked back at Issildia.
"And I'm sure your not planning to go up there without a plan."

~In the citadel that over looked the castle grounds, three figures could now be seen on the terrace. The larger of the three looking down at the people below as the guard shoved a shackled man toward the rail. The large man, Azure, raised his arms out to his sides, as he tilted his head backward, looking toward the sky.~
Children of the night, hear my words this day. The words of your Sovereign...Azure of the cold Fire.

"No...we will have to live in the coming moment, I'm sure you can think on your feet Sin." she added with a slight frown before darting forward after hearing the voice echo from above. There was a small doorway off to the side of the keep, Issildia immediately made for the doorway but instead of taking it, she merely used the stone arch that framed the entrance as merely a path to take to her true destination. In a swift movement she easily caught the archway and vaulted up to catch hold of a stone framed window that opened to the next level. Without waiting for Sin, Issildia silently slipped inside.

Sin followed quickly wondering if he'll ever truely know whats going on here. Shrugging at the thought he followed Issildia to the door and insted of jumping and vaulting he lept towards the wall, never breaking stride, and simply ran up it until he made it to the window as well. With another step he adjusted his postion and balanced himself inside the window, looking about at the room inside.

The room within was nothing more than a landing to a large spiral of stone steps that led upwards. As Sin gained the window the gentle thud of a body hitting the ground could be heard. There had been only one occupant within the stairwell at that time and his now still corpse was laying in the shadows that outlined the walls. Issildia stepped out of the shadows beside the window, obviously the guard's death was a result of her intervention.
"For now all we are doing is gathering information," she said softly. "Though plans always change..." she murmured, while contemplating how this would end...this Azure, as he had called himself from the terrace, bore far to many similarities...The parallels held by the situation were unnerving, granting more questions that answers.

"right... so no pyrotecknics just yet then I guess...."
Sin sighed and stepped into the darkened stairwell.
"So what should we do if we get seprated?"

Issildia replied with only a single word to his question. "Survive."
With that she set her right hand on the hilt of her blade and strode forward to accend the stair well, always clinging to the edges of the dark.

Khastur sighed, and stroked his horse's mane before making it lean against the wall, standing on it's back he tied a rope to his sword's sheath and hucked it through the window on the next floor, pulling himself over and in. Walking through the dark room he came to the stairwell and tailed the others in their climb with his sword at the ready.

A chill ran through Niobe's body just as she was passing through Ismenia.
What was that just now? Did someone just...call me?
She shook off the feeling and continued onward. The villagers gawked at her, as any normal person would at the sight of a woman whose arms and feet were bleeding who continued running while carrying another woman as if nothing was wrong. Nobody asked any questions and nobody stopped her. Niobe passed through the town quickly.
Finally, home sweeet hell, I can almost smell it
Niobe advanced through The Talnea Forest, slowing her pace. There was no need to sprint anymore, for she was known and feared in this land she called 'home'. Her journey ended at a massive tree, most likely centuries of years old, that had a full-sized house in the thick of its strongest branches. Niobe kicked a raised root and a rope ladder presented itself.

Archer flew after Kyrion, coming in to his right flank, flying parallel to him. "Why die if you aren't dying for a cause, eh Kyrion?"

after a few days, Zeo had returned, thistime with an army. He knew it would be fruitless, but Kuchane had insisted. He looked around lazily, not concerned about the beasts that Kuchane was taking care of. He quirked a brow, and looked downwards at a white wood object. He lifted it, and it was a broken bow. "Kuchane, your brother's bow.... I found it."

Kuchane didn't hear him. He had just finished off thelast of the fearsome beasts. He had pinned it to the wall, and the earth of the ruin had suffocated it. His jacket was torn up both sleeves, and on the back, his own blood and theirs soaked into it. He let go of the body, and it hung limp. A clawful of his feathers was still gripped in its paw, "Eh Zeo? What did you say?"

"Look" Zeo, tossed the bow over to him. "Did you know your brother was here?" he asked simply. His eyes focused on Kuchane, but looked as if Zeo was looking through him than at him.

"Last time we were here, I sensed him, but his lifesigns were awfully weak, I'm glad he's alive. It gives me a chance to finish him off." He stepped to his master, rubbing his shoulder. "I wonder where he went from here."
