'Security' doesn't just mean that your stuff stays where you left it. He could be there so that everyone stays safe and secure while at the park.
EDIT: And, get this. His mirror already fell down a few times, but it's still in perfect condition. That was the first time mine fell.
Aand, he doesn't even need one anymore because he just got a new dresser with a huge mirror attached to it.
Aaand, appearently my mom had told my dad that the stuff we were using to hang them up wasn't up to par, and he sort of neglected to tell me, so I just used the same stuff, not knowing that his had fallen down.
