I seem to have made the Free Role Play Cafe staff mad at me in Towns today when I tried the "Evil Overlord" skit on them. You know, saying NEMESIS YOUR HEAD IS MINE and throwing snowballs at people. And of course, they were not too pleased about me asking permission to use the fridge.

Hey Pasta ...to get up and go do something constructive with my day, or sit here and play Maple Story...oh, decisions.
Mm, maybe I'll make mac n' cheese. Haven't had that in ages. I want mac and cheese. And I think I figured this one out. If asking her is the first thing I plan to do then I don't have to even try to steer the conversation in that direction. Why did that take me two weeks to figure out? Oh right, cause I suck at this s**t. However, I did play handball very well today.

I got to test the math program with my music in it... It sounds great! And the staff and developers say it adds a "new depth" to the interface.
I have to show my mom or something, hahaha.

Wow, and here I was thinking it was going to take me five years to graduate and I could pull off graduating in three and a half if I really wanted to bust my a**. However, seeing as most every course I want to take is a 500 level course I think I'm just going to be doing 12 hours for my last three semesters. Plus I'll get to take more lovely classes I want this way.

How's this for sad, it's nearly 2000 dollars cheaper to live off-campus than on campus. Now granted that 2000 will have to cover food, electricity, and gas, but still. You're going to eat a lot better, you get your own room, and you're not living in a shitty place that's falling apart. Sheesh, I couldn't be happier to get out of here.

Actually the food on my campus was pretty good. And I did have my own room, although it was more like a closet. The run-down part, though... Christ! We had NO air conditioning. Not even those noisy windowbox things from the 20's. We had to set up fans at various point around the room. I also got the lovely distinction of living in the one house that still used steam heat. The ******** administration FORGOT about us and didn't turn it on until I called up a week after first snow and bitched. And I feared for my life every time I went down the stairs. The main front stairs looked like they would collapse at any second. The back stairs by my room, however, used to be the servant's stairs and were so small you had to consciously concentrate to WALK down them rather than fall and slide on your a**. I have small feet, too.
Oh, and my archeology class started before the cafeteria opened up. Why am I paying for three meals a day when I get two if I'm lucky? I had to buy my own smoothie every morning if I didn't want to starve during those boring hour and a half lectures.

That sucks. Well, if I was basing it off of a one person room then I'd need to add another 6 to 7 hundred dollars to the savings. And the food here, well, isn't really all that great. And really, the apartment companies around here basically have created a good college student package. All you have to pay for is electricity. Everything else is included, including HBO. I don't even get HBO in the dorms.

I've been writing music for their EPGY math program, as a part a study to engage the kids in the exercises more... They just implemented about 20 of my hello/good-bye/right answer/wrong answer/try again jingles into the interface, and they let me test it out last night. x] They've been programming for the last 2 months so I haven't gotten very many assignments recently. =my wallet is empty. >___>
