Hmm, how far do you live from Disneyland, Aeo? xd

Roughly 85 miles or so. Why? I wouldn't easily find Disneyland anyways.
I've only been there once, and it really doesn't count. As I was only a baby.

Ugh!! Staving my chin wasn't such a good idea. It's itchy as hell.
But I had to do it because I had a bit of a bald spot from pulling irritating hairs. emo

Y'know...speaking of anxiety, I never seem to have problems anymore when I'm single. But when I'm in a relationship that's when I start to worry about every little thing.

Am I too clingy? Am I too distant? Do I get too emotional over little things? Is it freaking him out that I've got these problems? I know he says it's fine and he understands but I can't help but worry that I'm gonna drive him away.

Does it get annoying when I ask if I'm too crazy even though I know your answer will be "No. It's fine. <3"? Do you really understand that I only ask because I feel I need to be reassured even though I already know?

AFJKFDKLJ;AKLDAS Hurrhurr I am crazy. I'm glad my boyfriend is okay with that, and is really supportive and helpful when I do start to freak out and panic. ;o;

Oh, damn that's far. Are you north or south of LA? Or east or west?

I was thinking of going to Disneyland with Ryan for spring break. If you were nearby or on the way down, I was thinking of pestering you into letting me visit you.

What the hell?

My sister and I have both gotten several "5 times login failure" notification emails between this morning and yesterday, when we weren't anywhere near Gaia.

Is everyone else getting those too?

I got curious and checked my email for this account (which is an email address I seldom check) and had one for yesterday morning. It said I could login at 10 something AM, so I don't know what the block time is, but yea. Weird. <__< Thank god my PW is random letters, numbers, punctuation, and casing, eh?

Yay for a DVD rack. Now we don't have tacky ugly stacks. He thought I'd live with stupid stacks on an ugly, unstable shelf thing? He's crazy. gonk

... leaving the water heater off is a stupid idea. GHRHAKSGHG I don't want to argue, I'm ******** tired. What a great way to go to bed. -_- Now I'm upset and want to cry. GREAT.

If I was near, you wouldn't have to pester me. All you'd have to do is tell me where you'd like to meet up at. lol xp

I've never done anything for spring break. I'm rather dull apparently. emo
But alas, I'm just not in the right area to meet up with anyone. crying

Agh, you're really out there! gonk

I've never done anything for spring break with my friends either. Never had money or parental approval. I still think my parents are iffy about Ryan and I traveling together (though we've done it in secret). I suppose that's a part of being the first-born of 4 girls - I must be the pioneer who breaks through the thick wall of rules to pave the way for my sisters.

I'm the same way, I really don't like the idea of prescription substances when they're not needed.

But it's perfectly fine to self-medicate using alcohol? You can become just as dependent on alcohol as you can prescription drugs, if not more. And it will destroy your liver on top of it. And don't give me this "I only drink when I feel really bad" s**t, because that is EXACTLY how alocholism starts.

Quote:
And it pisses me off that they shuffle you out in 15 minutes.
When my folks tried to get me on some anxiety pills, I talked with the Doctor's assistant for 10 minutes.
And then the Doctor comes in and looks over the survey, and says, "Okay, I'm going to give you these two prescriptions, and have you come back in 2 weeks."

Not all doctors are like that... just most.

Quote:
Doesn't even talk to me other then that.
And when I looked up the prescriptions it directly says in bold letters "May cause thoughts about suicide or dying."
"And can cause a likely hood for attempted suicide"

Okay, this is a real personal peeve of mine. Those warning are complete and utter bullshit. Anxiety is linked with depression, right? What happened is that a bunch of angsty teenagers (who are the demographic most likely to commit suicide after the elderly) killed themselves while on the pills. Parents are in an uproar because the pills were supposed to help, right? So the FDA rushes out that stupid warning.

In actuality, it's the depression and/or anxiety that causes suicidal ideation and action. In fact, the pills likely were helping. There is a point in depression where a person sinks so low that they don't feel like doing anything. They might think that they'd like to die, but they're not going to try to bring it about themselves. However, when a person starts to come out of that depression and do things, the risk that they will take action on those thoughts increases. And that is what happened.

Pyre: First off to clarify I'm only an occasional drinker. The last time I actually drank anything was the first week of February.
And it's only on Friday or Saturday.
On top of that I haven't had anymore then three glasses of liquor in one sitting.
I'm certainly not an alcoholic, at least in this point in time. But I don't see myself being an alcoholic anyways, since I have to deal with my Sister-in-law's Mother who's just drinking her life away.

Hell if I know. I've never felt depressed when my Anxiety is high.

I've been at that level of depression that I've sank so low, and had suicidal thoughts.
And I never want to go there again, which is my biggest fear from taking those kinds of pills.

Aivi: I told you. crying

Anyway, thanks to me getting the seventh post in this week's Monkey Poll thread, I have received eight different donations of boots and inks. This makes me both happy and leery at the same time.

Heh, one of my best friends might go to college across the road from Disneyland.
Chapman University.

I've been really distant from my friends lately.
Spending a lot of time thinking...
I'm wondering why.
