*Raven met nalini with her staff and was herself shoved a few paces backward but stopped just before the wall*
Alright then, we'll have it your way.
*She placed a foot on the wall behind and from there leaped into the air over and behind Nalini, swinging her staff backward at Nalini as she came to the ground*

Raven's own staff struck her in the back, as the vampire turned around to face the ghost. LGHTNRGY was sparking wildly from her arms, as she gathered some in her free hand, before slinging it across the Main Level.

*Raven somersaulted out of the way and launched a ball of ice at her adversary*

Nalini outstretched her hand before her, and launched of a large beam of LGHT that propelled her backwards a few steps at the incoming ice. She regained her balance, growling under her breath, glaring daggers at Raven.

I don't see it as a reason to hold a grudge really...

A least I had a real reason.
*She tried dodging but was struck by the third attack on her left heel. She stood ackwardly on it as smoke rose from the contact*

Nalini swooped down at Raven with one foot extended, and kicked her hard in the chest.

*The ghost wheeled backward and struck hard with the wall behind. She took a moment to regain composure before forming a wall of ice between herself and Nalini*
It would be a shame for you to die here... That would really mess with the timeline.

*The ghost shifted out of phase and passed through both the wall and Nalini, appearing again from behind and thrusting her staff into Nalini's spine*

Nalini felt the staff touch her, and hastily ported out of the way before it could do much damage. When she reappeared a few feet away, she was staring dumbfounded at Raven.
'Did you just...phase shift?!'
