 I just fought with the Elite 4 and I just lost to Flint. It was foolish of me for not adding Floatzel in my party. Well, I'll know next time. And get Glaceon a few levels stronger.

Don't really think so...I guess the only way to have a Pidgeot with Brave Bird is through breedin.

There is no TM for brave bird...
You'd have to cross breed a female pidgeot with a male who knows/can learn Brave Bird...I think Staraptor is the perfect candidate.
