Snapple-Well I've been debating if I would or not, but the way I was planning on it was maybe he was locked up by team rocket again since they were using his dna to create a new monster and he broke free and was the one to warn the others of what's to come

Sounds good LF....
Heres my idea...
after many pokemon have failed to harm Mewexpletus (Including Mew) all hope seemed lost. Then Mew, remembering the power of Mewtwo (Who has isolated himself away from the world of the humans) sends out a telepathaic message, calling out for help, saying the world as we know it is in danger. Upon Mewtwos arrival to the island the battle is still raging, and Mewtwo and Mew both team up to try and stop Mewexpletus.

Snap-Hmm that's a good idea too...what if we combine the two ideas? Like Mewtwo has been captured but put to sleep and is held is the armor again. Then when Mew calls for him, its enough to wake Mewtwo up and gives him the strength to break free to help?

I was thinking if Mew at one point trys to transform into Mewexpletus, but fails..

That's an interesting idea for Mew and Mewtwo. I can't wait for it to get that far.
@ Snap: Do you have any suggestions for a moveset for a Pidgeot. I have all but one move decided.
