Wow...lots of backlog.
I hate backlog. scream
So, I was on my way to work last night. I left at my usual time, car started up fine. I head out tot he highway entrance and get on the entrance ramp. The ramp is well salted, due to some of the snow melting and there being black ice on the ground. And then...I get onto the highway.

The whole damn highway is covered in black ice. Not patches of black ice, the whole damn road is one giant sheet of black ice...and hasn't been salted OR sanded yet. As I drive, my car does that little shimmy thing it does when you're driving on ice. So I have to get off at the next exit and take the long way to work...and thus end up being 5 minutes late. crying
