Raven set the whole thing up. I thought you knew? Vault was trying to extract the mind and body of the girl to advance Arena AI. Raven used that to reanimate the girl, then took her to level 7. Vault was offline during this time.

'...I'm gonna kill her. I'm gonna ******** rip her to pieces!' she screamed, incensed, her arms flickering madly with LGHTNRGY. She angrily hurled a ball of NRGY into the wall she had slammed her head in earlier, causing a minor dent.

You'll get your chance, right along with the rest of us. Like I said though, I don't even know where shes at right now, so all we can do is wait.
