Demi turned his head just as yuffie swung for the first strike his eyes locked on her a small smile spreading across his face he raises his right arm mimicking each swing as to meet with his own blade there weapons clashing sending sparks left and right his eyes open wide creating a flash bang to temporarily blind his enemy.

` even in wutai heroes rise but i am in pain so i will make this clear` he leaps into the air the floor shattering from the force of his jump, he flips his body facing down at yuffie and the city` weapon activation full release` the boy shout out in agony as cannons grow from his shoulders his spine turns into a long blade that swings around like a tail, machine guns grow from his forearms all weapons turn and aim at yuffie.

Tears stream down the boys cheeks his smile still warm despite the situation` open fire` flames burn as all weapons shoot at yuffie some missiles hitting buildings the streets everything in wutai was dragged into the battlefield, Demi could be heard shouting over the gun fire` is this what you wanted the people believe in you and now look once again there dragged into your mess should a hero not save her people`

Yuffie's eye's went wide,she was rarely one to show fear, the only real time she had ever shown great fear was during the Sephiroth battle so long ago. But now? There was no one here to back her up, Cloud, Tifa, Aerith...hell, she would even go for Sephiroth showing up right about now. But no, she was alone for now. The blinding light was temporarily but didn't do well in her recovering to quickly avoid those missiles that were heading toward her faster then she could keep up with. She could hear the destruction as buildings were hit, and her precious, beloved village was becoming a destruction zone. "N-No...St--" !! Well, that didn't work out so well. One of the missiles hit far to close to her, even though she had tried to avoid it, the force of the explosion sent Yuffie flying back a good ways away, and into yet another building where she would likely be knocked out for a while. Her desire to protect her village had completely failed and in such a sort amount of time, too.

Ariel, however, was in her own delima, saved by the large pot she was taking cover behind, while she was trapped under the building that completely collapsed over her. One of the targets the missiles hit. The heavy pot was holding up just enough of the building to keep Ariel safe from being crushed, but getting out would take some time..

soko tensed as he used his energy to boost his physical abilities to an extreme which took about 2.3 seconds, he crouched cast a earth pillar right under demi aiming it for him, as he did so he leaped moving faster than most eyes could follow and was above demi in a spit second reining bullets charged with fire and thunder spells from haven and hellion straight for his head

soko pushed off a wall leaping straight or the cannon while focusing on draining demi's energy in vast quantities and using it to quick cast 3 spells, 1st an earth spell that sent spikes shooting from below, 2nd a powerful thunder spell from above,3rd a barrage of explosive fireballs from himself. this might no be enough " damn he thought to himself 'if i could just get close i could pin point his life energy and drain him to the brink o death in no time, but at this point it doesn't look bright, and if he fire that cannon i will just barely be able to absorb enough to keep myself from being destroyed, he hadn't realized he was being envloped in midnight blue flames, not yet at least...

soko lips curled to a smile as he sidestepped then parried the blades each time draining demi at the point of contact. then quick casting earth spikes he wen on the offensive striking rapidly butt with great force and skill and simultaneously quick casting thunder above

soko ran over to Arieth and Yuffie..." are you wo alright i hope my energy drain didn;t affect you too severely ... he said his tone worried and his words rushed... he was clutching his right side and the arm and leg looked badly burned but Soko seemed more focused on everyone else's injuries ...

" hmm stubborn woman, that's Yuffie i presume" he said looking at Ariel same as when i faced he in the war", Soko's wounds were already almost gone though there were obvious scars. His coat had the right sleeve missing and his right pant leg half gone. he took out a small box opened it and took out small white pill and consumed it.. never taking his eyes of Ariel...
