Allegro Wantcookie Hey, Cult. I just finished the last of the Dresden Files books. And I can't wait for the next one, by which I mean that I will go insane if I have to wait another year for the next book. God yes. Did you read his short stories yet? Backup is MARVELOUS. Really? I need to do that, then.

Wantcookie Allegro Wantcookie Hey, Cult. I just finished the last of the Dresden Files books. And I can't wait for the next one, by which I mean that I will go insane if I have to wait another year for the next book. God yes. Did you read his short stories yet? Backup is MARVELOUS. Really? I need to do that, then. The TV series is okay, but it's just not the Dresden Files. Similarly, there's a bunch of Pulp Fantasy anthologies out right now that have Jim butcher and Similar authors out. Simon Green in particular is worth a look, if only because he's put out a lot.

I picked up on the fact that there's a TV series because of the stickers on the books, but I never watched it. As for other authors, I tend to read a lot of Neil Gaiman and Terry Pratchett. There was also an incredible book of essays I read once by Sloane Crosely that appears to be the only book she's written. It was titled "I Was Told There'd Be Cake."
