A Lanoglier. Its from a wait for it... Wait for it... TWO PART MOVIE!! Just like Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows is going to be. xd Anyways the movie is called The Langoliers. Its about this flight that passes through an Aurora Borealis FAR from the arctic. By flying through it they are pretty much sent to the past. Everything is there but there is nothing alive there as this point in time has past and is no longer inhabited. Anyways upong arriving at the airport they notice that any sound (like walking on concrete) is muffled and lessened. They also find that matches wont light, beer and soda have no carbonation, and sandwiches have no taste. One of the passengers is a blind girl. A while after entering the airport she hears a strange sound. Another character is a litte cookoo but he plays a key role as his father KNEW about the langoliers and used it as a scary story to keep the guy as a kid in line. For a lot of the film he is always talking about them. At the end of the movies he ends up hallucinating that he is at a table with a whole bunch of business people (he is a business person but he doesnt like it, he was forced by his dad). At this point the langoliers are drawing in EATING the past. Basically giant scary blob things that are nothing but mouth and teeth. They find a way to get the plane flying (everything on it is unaffected by being it the past) and the escape leaving the guy behind to be eaten (he kills a person earlier on) they then find the area where they entered the past and pass through an identical aurora and enter the FUTURE. They then find the place where they tested the matches, beer and soda, and sandwiches to make sure that they had actually succeded. Everything tastes extremely fresh. They then realize that the present is quickly catching up with them so they enter a main area and hug the wall lest some anomoly occur where they are in the same spot as someone else when time catches up. So as they begin falling back into time you can see the figures of people appearing. Then they are amidst all the people of the airport finally back in the present. END!
